I saw the internet advert and phoned to check that the wine was indeed 2017. I was told that there were only 7 bottles of the 2017 and the remaining 17 bottles would be of the 2018. I placed the order and when it was delivered there were 4 bottles of 2018 and 20 of 2019. Not impressed! Everingtons have made a proper adjustment to our transaction and I am now happy to give them 4 stars.

First time ordering from this company, placed my order on Sunday. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email on the Monday confirming delivery at 7.00pm on the Tuesday. Wine arrived exactly on time.
That's probably the best customer service I have received from a wine merchant, and I order quite a lot of wine!
