I bought a bezel insert for a ladies vintage Omega Seamaster and the bezel insert does not fit. I bought it based on the watch reference number and confirmed it with them before buying. Upon arrival the sizing was completely off but because this bezel insert is not sold anywhere else, i figured i could make it work with a dremel. However after getting the diameter to fit, it looks like the curvature of the bezel is completely wrong and it never had the chance to fit.

I voiced my problems to the company and stated that I am not looking for compensation. I even showed the original measurements from Omega itself of the Bezel insert compared to what they sent and what the listing had but they were very dismissive and rude with generic answers. They kept on accusing that the watch is fake instead of accepting that the bezel insert is completely wrong by shape and size. They advertise theirs as 25.4x20mm where as I found out from Omega that the original is 22x26. Why even tell me that the insert will fit a specific watch when the measurements are clearly very off.

Would not recommend this company and their products.
