I had a recent conversation with Steph in EWT customer service regarding water leakage in the EWT system, I had a great response from Steph and EWT system review appointment has been scheduled immediately the next day.

Great service but think the price has gone very expensive for a job that only takes under an hour to be completed

I had to phone Abbie today as the online platform did not suit my particular inquiry.I found her to very helpful and efficient.She resolved my query there and then.A lovely lady to deal with.

It was wonderful to get a call from Abbie today to advise the engineer was in my area today for a service after a cancellation and I had only requested and paid for my service 24 hours prior.

Abbie was wonderful to deal and extremely courteous and prompt in advising the engineer of my availability.

Within 20 minutes Normunds was at my door ready To complete the service. He took great care in ensuring that everything was in working order and assisted with an issue I had noted prior to the service which he quickly remedied.

Once completed there was no mess for me to clean up. Normunds left everything spotless.

As always EWT provided exceptional customer service.

Great company to deal with. Abbie was particularly good with all my questions. Provides great equipment to deal with my water hardness. Well worth the money paid for the service.

We had a problem with our tap at the weekend and Abbie called me to offer an appointment that had just come up due to cancellation.

Terrible support following annual service. Filtered drinking water tap stopped working a day after the service. Have been chasing EWT for over a week alost daily to send someone back to repair it with no progress. Once they have your money it's impossible to get them back.

I am with EWT services, they good customer service from last 3 years since i hv started using their service. Excellent engineers, yimely reminders send about servicing and maintenance. Useful Emails / videos that tell you how to solve or check minor issues by our self.i am happy with EWT
