Great support and for a great price
Great support and for a great price. I signed up for my own com.sg domain and I have to say that the staff from exabyte is very proactive and prompt. All the questions I had have been addressed quickly and professionally and the setup was all completed in a relatively short time

Good product and services
They provide a wide range of services and all of them are up to standard especially in the security part. The only con I can think of is accessing Web Mail and cPanel can be quite challenging. You would need to remember your account credentials (not able to locate easily) which enable you to login directly via cPanel.com, else you may have to access via the Exabyte product portal.

Great support and prompt reply
I would like to commend the support team from Exabytes (SG). Despite having multiple issues as we try to meddle with the setup to test out the best configuration for the website, they have been prompt and supportive.
I believe they have improved alot since the past when I exited from them to a competitor then joined them back again recently.
