We had our tired vinyl covered kitchen resprayed. It is a large kitchen but the guys had all the components removed, labelled and taken away in about half a day. A week later it all came back and after most of the day it was all good as new. The end result far exceeded what we were expecting and Rob quickly resolved the one snag we had so i’d be happy to use these guys again. The kitchen looks
like new and has totally transformed the room so many thanks to the team

Second time I have used Exeter spray centre, originally had kitchen sprayed and it still looked good as new when we moved six years later.Just had kitchen respray at new property and the same outstanding service prevailed.The fitters were so good leaving everything in perfect condition, from start to finish I cannot fault this company and highly recommend them.

We strongly advise against using this supplier for any home improvement projects, especially large-scale re sprays like kitchens. Our experience has been deeply disappointing and stressful.

We commissioned over £3,000 of work with this supplier and the quality of workmanship was shockingly substandard, with multiple unresolved issues that have never been resolved.

Despite raising concerns, the owner has refused to take responsibility or offer meaningful solutions.
Communication has been aggressive and threatening, particularly when challenged about the problems.Rather than resolving the matter amicably, we’ve been forced into a two-year dispute.
With no resolution in sight, we’ve had no choice but to pursue court action to address the poor workmanship and recover losses.
This has been a nightmare experience from start to finish. If you're considering this company, think again—there are far more reputable and professional suppliers out there. We regret ever trusting them with our home.
The people who work for this trader seem incredibly lovely and are sadly baring the brunt of this owners incredibly poor customer service skills and responsibilities

Outstanding customer service and the workmanship is second to none. Old 1980's wardrobe doors have been transformed and a scruffy old desk and filing cabinet revived.

Our bedroom furniture was old and dated but good quality. When we realised the cost of replacing with similar quality new furniture we decided to have it spray painted at Exeter Spray Centre. Customer service was excellent with help and loan of samples for colour choice and the whole process was very easy. We had 3 chest of drawers, a blanket box, a king size bed frame and large wall mirror painted in a soft white and are absolutely thrilled with the results. Our furniture is transformed and looks brand new for a fraction of the cost. The finish is excellent and we'd highly recommend this company.

I am so so pleased with my recent project from Exeter Spray Centre. It looks absolutely beautiful.

I had a MADE.com desk and IKEA bookcase (totally unmatching) bookcase sprayed the same colour. I was worried that they wouldn't be able to match the colour because I'd picked something obscure from a random booklet but the team had no concerns at all and sent it off for a colour match.

The service was fab and the communication was great. We had loads of help loading and unloading the furniture.

I was also really surprised that they even sent me away with a little pot of touch up colour.

Exeter Spray Centre are amazing!! They sprayed my old piece of furniture and turned it into something really modern. I was so pleased with the customer service I received from Rob and Chris. We would not recommend the Exeter Spray Centre. We had our kitchen sprayed and initially we were pleased with the transformation of our pine units to Lichen. However, once the fitters had gone and over the next few days, we noticed a lot of snagging issues. These included, a screw being completely screwed through a cabinet unit so that it was visible and protruding, a door corner door fitted which was split, the kitchen not being assembled as it was and as a result there were gaps in the corners of the pelmets, the doors not being re-fitted properly causing a door to literally fall off in my hands amongst other issues. When we went back to the Company to get our issues rectified, we were made to feel uncomfortable for complaining even though we were very polite as we expect there to be some snagging issues. However, the owner and one member of staff were abrupt and curt with us which we did not appreciate. After all we had purchased the platinum package. The company reluctantly rectified some of the problems including repairing and re-spraying the corner door which they re-fitted. However, this door was never sprayed with the top coat on the edge and it remains rough to the touch. We did not feel that we could complain again.
Immediately after our kitchen was spray painted, I was asked to provide a review by Rob. I gave a good review at the time as I felt pressured. However, in hindsight I should have waited as my review would have been as I have written it now.
We also had 4 teak garden chairs sprayed in the Lichen. They were delivered closed. Later when I went to put them up outside 3 of the chairs had stuck together resulting in the paint being pulled off. I complained again to Rob the owner asking for some touch up paint. He sent me a rather blunt email refusing to repair or provide any touch up paint even though we had paid £240 for this service. He stated that the touch up paint had been delivered to us even though it had not.
Please do your research before using this Company as there are other Spray Companies out there who hopefully have a better Customer Service attitude. We felt that for the amount of money that we spent we were not treated as a valuable customer.

Absolutely outstanding company to deal with and the work they do is exceptional. From the initial email for a quote to the work being completed has been fantastic. I cannot recommend Exeter Spray Centre enough . I have used their services twice now and on both occasions I was equally impressed .
