I contacted David a few months ago about legal advice and he was excellent. I needed a quick question confirming today and I logged back on and David once again provided a first class, professional service. I would not hesitate to use expertanswers.co.uk again the service is excellent and they certainly put your mind at rest. Well worth the money.

David is extremely knowledgable and well balanced in his approach. He offers this for a fraction of normal prices because he has a moral conscience unlike many in his profession. I have taken sound advice from him a couple of times now and very glad I did. Thanks very much David!!

Wow for the money David was top notch, replied to me at up to 9.30 at night explaining clearly the legal arguments around my case. The defendant in my small claims case had a solicitor but due to the cost of the claim a high street solicitor was off the cards. David has given me the confidence that I was in the right and to continue writing my small claim myself. For anyone going through the small claims process or thinking "do I have a case" this service is second to none, thanks David.

This is a great service - David Law (nominative determinism in action...) went out of his way to help, with multiple responses to my questions. The advice was very good (and suitably direct) at every stage.

The reply to the question came back very quickly and was succinct and to the point. I was 100% satisfied with the information I received.

This is an excellent service for when you don't necessarily have the time or inclination to use a high street solicitor.

It also gives a level of privacy which you may not ordinarily have.

Found the service to be very very poor. Despite going back and fourth with the "solicitor" over the space of a few days, the delays in replies were almost as poor as the information vaguely provided, in that none of it was information not already known to me from a quick Google search.

Worst of all was the attitude and tone of their staff member, who was in my opinion far too direct and closer to rude. The language used also felt far from professional.

On the basis of the above I submitted a request for a refund to which I got a rude reply from the staff member advising they were closing the question so I could not reply and that I would unlikely get a refund as I had thanked them at one point, as such suggesting I was happy with the service. The thank you was a reply in order to be polite, nothing more.

Refund never received, nor any response from their alleged customer services despite a follow up email to them over a week later.

I would not recommend to others

Would highly recommend this service to anyone. Fast response, Straight to the point, honest and reassuring. I Couldn’t have asked for anything else.

My wife and I had need of legal advice that we could rely on relating to a family property matter. We made enquiries with several local solicitors and we were looking at estimates of "possibly two hours of work at about £280 plus VAT per hour", so almost certainly well over £500. This was well beyond our means and seemed like daylight robbery and once again confirmed that reliable legal advice is now well beyond ordinary people and, like the railways, has become the preserve of the wealthy. I stumbled upon "Expert Answers" by accident and I looked into it with considerable trepidation and scepticism, could this really work? is it a scam? I certainly didn't know but we needed an answer to our question so we decided to take a punt. We were not disappointed, David Law (Flintshire) got back to us very quickly and provided us with the information we required in an understandable form for a very reasonable sum and with good humour. I would not hesitate to use this service again for a matter where I had all the facts and information which required a legal interpretation. An excellent service for straightforward legal advice.
