На наш с женой отпуск в Армении я забронировал на 10 дней на Localrent.com машину, сервис понятен и удобен. После бронирования мне потребовалось изменить даты бронирования - всё было быстро и удобно. По прилету в страну я пошел получать в офис компании авто и оказалось, что это Express car ... далее мне вместо заказанного мной авто Citroen C3 Aircross предложили другой автомобиль - свежий Jeep Compass с полным приводом за те же деньги. Я согласился и не пожалел, качество дорог в Армении не очень, крутые дороги и высокая посадка с полным приводом были действительны необходимы. Получение и сдача авто были простыми, залог вернули без проблем. Сервисом, ценой и машиной остался доволен.

Аренда авто без депозита
Долго искал прокатную компанию, чтобы было без депозита. В express car нашелся подходящий вариант. Цена средняя, т.к. брал на праздники за два дня до начала аренды. Машинка Nissan sentra. На все вопросы отвечают по whatsapp. Также подстроились под мое время и выдали/забрали авто в назначенное время (согласовали + 2 часа к аренде). Также на заправке мы промахнулись с количеством топлива и залили больше нужного. Ввиду этого позволили не оплачивать мойку. Обязательно обращусь ещё раз, если окажусь в Армении.

Брали в аренду машину, организация повысила класс машины бесплатно, салон был чистый, отлично покатались по Еревану и его окрестностям. Хорошо проезжали, проблем не возникло!

I was satisfied with the rented car, but I still haven't received the money for the almost full tank (equivalent to 15,000 AMD). This doesn't seem right to me. I haven't received any response from the company for compensation either! I have a second thing: when I picked up the car at the airport I found out that I had to pay an additional refundable deposit for damage insurance, but that was returned to me on the spot when I returned the car, although I wrote an email to QEEQ well in advance and they replied that I don't have to pay any additional fee or damage deposit. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the Express Car services.

Thank you for bringing this review to our attention. We appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify a couple of points to ensure a better understanding.
Regarding the fuel, our policy, which is clearly stated in bold in the rental agreement you signed, requires the vehicle to be returned with the same fuel level as when it was picked up. We do not offer refunds for excess fuel as per our standard procedure. Our rental agents are also not authorized to make exceptions to this policy. We make this very visible in the contract to avoid any confusion.
Concerning the refundable deposit, we understand your frustration with the initial information you received from QEEQ. However, the deposit you paid at the airport was for potential damage, not an additional insurance fee. This deposit was indeed refunded to you upon the safe return of the vehicle, as is our standard procedure.
In Armenia, our protocol for vehicle damage requires you to stop and contact us immediately so that we can initiate the insurance process with our insurance company. They will guide you through the necessary steps, including taking photos of the damage. If the vehicle is returned with damage without following this protocol, the insurance will not be applicable, and the cost of the damage will be deducted from your deposit. Our agent did inform you about this procedure when you picked up the car, and this information is also included in your rental agreement. Furthermore, we take a video of the vehicle's condition at the start of the rental as further proof that this information is provided. You can also find a copy of your signed contract in the email we sent you after you returned the car, where these conditions are clearly outlined.

Good experience but could have been better
I had booked a Kia Seltos with full insurance. However they gave Mazda CX 5 which wasn't bad but was dissappointed that I didn't get the exact car I wanted. The check in and check out was smooth. I wanted a 1 hour extension to the original time of check out however it was denied which was again disappointing since I was driving from Dilijan and had to wake up very early to be able to drop it back at the original drop off time
