Had to start a charge back dispute with the bank. They took €110 for a service which included pick up. They never responded to emails and their phone number just goes to voicemail and obviously they do not respond to your messages either.

Avoid at all costs
I left my MacBook with this company over two months ago to fix a screen issue. At first, they told me they were waiting for a replacement screen but since then radio silence.
They stopped answering phone calls, emails go ignored, and their support has been completely useless. I’ve basically handed over my laptop and gotten zero updates or resolution.

It feels like they’ve either lost my device or just can’t be bothered anymore. Absolutely unprofessional and irresponsible. If you value your time, money, or your device — go somewhere else.

They replaced the camera on my iPhone and I am delighted to get to use it again, thanks guys. I just walked in and they didn't have the part needed so I would advise to ring in advance to see if they have the spare part you need. No problem as I just went back the following day.

Brought my iPad in for repair after it dropped and the screen cracked, the staff here had it fixed and ready the same day, like new!

Couldn’t be happier with the service. I was speaking with Liam (give this man a raise) about my MacBook. I smashed the screen and thought I needed to get a new one. He talked me through the repair. They didn’t have the part in stock but it arrived next day and the repair only took a few hours after it arrived. Super fast turn around. 10/10 would trust them with anything!

Had to get a SSD card installed. The part was advertised as costing €399. I requested also, that they clean up the laptop, sort out the drivers etc. The sum total came to €399. Then, when I arrived, I had to wait 20-30 minutes, if that, which I spent browsing on my phone. When I went up to pay, I was told the total came to €349. I cannot praise them highly enough. If there was room for a 6th star, they'd get it from me. They will see me again, no doubt.

I dropped my MacBook Pro and cracked the screen. I emailed ExpressTech on Baggot Street about a replacement, who then ordered the part swiftly, I left in my device this morning and about an hour later I got an email advising me it was ready for collection.
Any other company I approached to fix it required my consent for the device to be posted out to a technician and a likely 2-week wait which I was uneasy with.
Highly recommend ExpressTech, they have been really pleasant to deal with. Emma

Broke my iPhone 14 Pro Max screen and left it in with express tech to be fixed and I couldn’t recommend them anymore they were so quick and efficient and a lot more reasonably priced than other places! If you’re like me and don’t have your iPhone insured under AppleCare and don’t have over €400 to spend on getting your phone repaired definitely go here! So underrated I will forever go here for any phone problems in future!!

Responsive, professional and well-priced service. Really pleasant customer experience too, from Graham and Liam at this family run local business. Had to return twice with different issues on different devices over the last few weeks - and will now have it as my go to for any future tech issues.

The shop has been shut for two weeks. Phones unanswered. Nobody can retrieve their tech. In my case a brand new ipad 😭

So I cracked my ipad screen on Tuesday I called them gave them my model number and was promised that if I dropped it off that day I would get the next morning. Wednesday after not hearing anything I called and was told that it was ready for collection. On arrival it had not been repaired. And was told Thursday.... Thursdays comes and still not repaired now getting a straight to voicemail.... Friday I get through to some one who said that it will be ready on Saturday morning can I pick it up or they will call me when it's ready.. no.call... I called several times no answer. J7st checked the Website and they are not open today!!!!! I fly home tomorrow and they still have my ipad!!!

Crap service, crap company.

I am shocked at the amount of bad reviews here. I luckily happened to read them after I'd ordered a new back for my daughters iPhone and was a bit apprehensive of what to expect, however, my experience with expresstech was fantastic. I put the order through on Wednesday evening including collection and delivery from Kerry. On Thursday I had a call from ups saying they were on their way to collect it. As I didn't have it ready they said not a problem and collected it Friday instead. On Monday I got a ticket number for the repair and on Tuesday I had an email with a request for payment (had not paid anything prior). Once this was paid I got a tracking number from ups and the phone was delivered back as good as new on Wednesday evening. I was more than impressed. My daughter was thrilled as I'd told her to expect it to be gone for 2 weeks.

Just to add also, after I'd put the order through I was confused as to the next steps so spike to someone on their live chat who was very helpful.

Highly recommended.
