I can't praise this highly enough. The headset is not cheap, so I had high expectations - but I can honestly say they were fully met.

The headset was delivered within 24 hours. I initially used it to listen to music, and was very impressed with the sound quality.

I then used it to dial into four hours of continuous work-related audios. Again, the sound quality was great, but the best thing was the comfort - even after four hours I was still completely comfortable.

I ordered an emulator on Friday afternoon, it arrived on the Monday. As it was faulty I phoned up and was told they would send another straight out which arrived the next day. I don't blame them for supplying a faulty unit and their response to remedy this was polite and swift. A top company to do business with.

I bought a training buddy that was urgently needed for my team. The process was very quick and I received my order the next day. However it would have been good to have received the tracking details when my orders was confirmed, rather than when I asked about when my delivery would arrive.

Although other companies had cheaper product Extera offered the standard warranty so better safe than sorry.

Received original product quickly and Extera kept me informed all the way.

I was looking for a headset to use on my pc. During discussions there was one that could also be used on my phone. as I do a lot of conference calls this made sense. as soon as it arrived a member of staff hand delivered it to my workplace. from start to finish exemplary service. I would use them again and recommend to others.

I initially ordered 1 headset to replace my old one that had just stopped working after 4 years. My order arrived next day with no additional charge for P&P. Set up was easy and once I was happy with the headset and the way it worked, I ordered another 5 for the rest of our office.

All 6 headsets are now in use and everyone is giving them the thumbs up.

Our first order was despatched at lightening speed, and additional items followed the next working day. One minor hiccup was identified and dealt with quickly and hopefully these will arrive with the same speed.
The sales person was helpful and easy to deal with, and ensured our items were compatible with our current kit.
As far as pricing goes - Extera is competitive when comparing with other suppliers
