I bought the mono headphone and mic to use with my iMac. Her work gave my wife a stereo set (for phone calls) which I tried first, and they just plugged in and worked, so I knew the mono would too with my Mac. They are comfy and let you hear the ambient sound too, unlike the stereo version. And mono is a bit cheaper. I'm very happy. I really only needed the microphone to talk to Siri anyway. I haven't used the sound in my ear. The mono set's mic is further from my lips, further than with my wife's stereo set, where the mic curves inward. Both work just as well though, with Siri.

Speaker Phone Interface
Purchased a Konftel 300 speaker phone and needed it to interface with an external system. Ordered the Konftel Interface box and it works perfectly. It was delayed by 1 day for delivery but other than that it was excellent service.

Very accomodating. Because of work travel, I was unable to return product within 7 days "no quibble" which is stated on the delivery note. Extera Dierct was willing to take the headset back. The agent was exceptionally polite with a winning attitude; well done! Many thanks.
