If I could put a 0, I would. I don't usually write bad reviews, but this experience was very sad. I chatted with 2 online chats to get help logging in to my rewards, and they were unable to help because someone else used my phone number under their name, and now I cannot use/login to rewards for the entirety of owning this phone. When I tried asking further questions about it, they "left the chat" immediately before I could even press send. This happened with 2 different people. For the entirety of my life owning this phone or anyone else with this #, I cannot use any of my rewards at any gas station. I think it's a bit silly, honestly.

Non-existent customer service!

ExxonMobil’s customer service is among the worst in the UK. I genuinely don’t understand how their subsidiary, Esso, remains a major Nectar partner. I also discovered that MFG is linked to Esso and is likewise owned by ExxonMobil.

I contacted them in late August 2025, providing proof of my fuel receipts and requesting that the Nectar points I was owed be added retrospectively. My email was completely ignored.

On two separate occasions, I visited both an Esso and an MFG fuel station in the early hours of the morning. However, due to an ongoing issue at both brands—where only pre-paid fuel transactions are accepted at the till window—these purchases appear on receipts simply as “Prepay – Pump 1” or “Prepay – Pump 4.” As a result, Nectar does not recognise these transactions as valid fuel purchases, and the associated points are never credited to the customer’s Nectar account.

It’s been a very tribble experience…

It’s been a very tribble experience putting all my financial hopes on Exxon.com with the belief and promise that it will be a steady inflow of income and turnover. But instead of positive outcomes, my share keeps depleting on a daily basis with no assistance from the management team as also promised. I'm just grateful for other alternative investments that I am using to turn over my capital, because if not, my business would've crumbled all because of poor fund management. This is why I keep recommending and directing anyone who cares to listen and is ready to throw some spare funds around crypto to always go with the alternative investment platform-Housemining as they have proven not just once that they're more than capable of handling multiple investment contract purchases with an always available live agent to support you on every process, from funding to profit withdrawals. Currently rated the best in the Local market and they deserve it all. I highly recommend esp for those seeking ways to balance their financial life. Good luck!

after 45 years of having an exxon…

after 45 years of having an exxon credit card and making timely payments i receive a letter stating they need more information or they will discontinue credit card when i call cutomer service it is always a half hour wait so as a good long time customer i helped them i cut up card and now use my bp NO MORE EXXON DONE

Not interested in answering customer enquires regarding domestic sales. two different occasions have tried to find stockist , this time I have to find one of their competitors as need to top up engine oil and my usual supplier has stopped sales....... Maybe they couldn't get any either.

Anthony at 7450 Boynton Beach Blvd is Awesome!

I was here on 09/12/23 and I told the clerk named Anthony that my card had issues with the chip and strip and I wasn’t sure if it would work. No problem Anthony said, I can fix that. He put some type of paper around the card and ran it and it worked. This young man is a gold mine of an employee. Anthony had such a great attitude, was there to make your day, and nothing was going to preclude that here! I don’t know him or is he a relative. I am giving an honest review of him. He is the type you clone and put them to work. He was going to get the job done and he had a way to make my purchase of gas. Then I remembered I wanted a car wash with that. He already completed the transaction but after a quick turning of the gears in his head he hit a few buttons and I had my car wash completed. I got $50 of gas plus the car wash. I love this car wash because it actually touches your car, not those ones by us that just spray water on your car?? How is that going to clean it? Do you shower with just standing in water then get out? No, you wash yourself then rinse. That is this car wash and it’s worth the drive here to use it.
Also, I was going to write this review earlier, but has been really busy, but after I stopped by tonight for gas and car wash Lamar was extremely super nice and positive attitude too. It reminded me of Anthony. If the owner is not making these worker-bots, lol, somewhere, he is doing a great job of hiring. Anthony #1 Lamar #2 great place to get a courteous cashier, fill up the tank, and get a car wash 🧼!

Nasty employee in Little Falls NJ store, and corporate does not care.

So a few weeks ago I stopped by the Tiger Mart in Little Falls by Montclair State. I used my credit card and asked the gas attendant for a specific amount and I saw him put the nozzle in. Didn't set it for the amount. I asked him multiple times to please set it so it does not go over (as this has happened in the past). Of course it goes over. I told the gas attendant that when someone gives you their card and asks you to set it so it doesn't go over, they should honor that request.

I went inside to let management know about this and the clerk behind the counter got instantly irritated with me, screaming at me, and told me to stop wasting his time while shaking. I'm assuming that's a fight or flight response on his part. All for no reason too. He is absolutely not fitted to work customer service, since he absolutely would not accept any feedback. I even told him that I didn't want to be repaid, I just wanted to let them know. Instant screaming and tantrums. I contacted corporate to let them know but not much was done.
Corporate was contacted and I spoke to Rio via email, who "assured" me that this store's management would contact me between 3 and 5 business days. That time frame has passed and I have received absolutely no response. Rio even went MIA.
This credit card situation happened a few times in the past but at this point it's a complete lesson learned specially because of how unprofessional the Tiger Mart clerk was and I just wanted to let people here know, just to avoid the headache of that place. Horrible service.

There has also been a case opened with the Better Business Bureau as well. All I want back is a simple response from either Rio/corporate or Tiger Mart management.

Exorberant late fees

I use their credit card for gas fill up. I received my bill & saw a charge on there for Service fee of $29.00. I called the company & was told this was for a late fee. Bills due on 8th of the month, I wrote out my bill on 10/1. So should have reached there in time. I believe that a late fee of $29.00 is in excess. The comapny did say they would give me a 1x credit for the $29.00 BUT again the amount, in my opinion, is way to high for a late fee when bill was paid & sent in sufficient time. I can NOT help if postal service is delinquent.

Great company

Great company! The disallowed Black Lives Matter and rainbow flags from being flown on their flagpoles on company property. The gas is clean and a little cheaper than Chevron/Shell, Citgo and BP.

Beware!!! extremely POOR service

Stop by this station yesterday 01 Sept. 2020 located 3960 W Irving Park Rd Chicago, IL. 60618 phone number 773-463-4181 when I was parked in lot for a period of time waiting for tow truck. Huzair came out to lot and yelled to move vehicle or he was calling the police. I indicated I was willing to purchase a product(s) from the station (which he refused) and he kept telling me to leave after I said I was and in fact Huzair told me to go across the street to the competition (Shell).

I was attempting to purchase a soda when Huzair accepted my money and as Huzair was giving me my change Huzair then gave me back my $5 bill and stated good bye.

PLEASE do NOT spend your hard earned money here
