staff were very helpful in particular the manager who was extremely accommodating in all his dealings with me in the Drogheda office and Michelle who was clearly interested in her job . I would definitely go back to this branch as it was a very pleasant experience

HI Paul,
I have had a look at the notes on your order and can see you have been in contact with our customer service manager.
As explained - you viewed the floor model and were happy to purchase it as seen with no returns or refunds.
The item was then packaged up as seen for you.
The item was then collected by an independent courier arranged by yourself - which we note had other items in the van when it was being collected from our store.
We cannot take responsibility for any damages or marks caused by your courier after it left our premises.
However as a gesture of goodwill we have agreed to send out our technician to spot clean the areas that were dirtied upon delivery.
Unfortunately there is nothing more we can do on this Paul.
