Excellent customer service
Fergal attended us very well, he was very nice and took the time to explain us how to choose the best mattress for our needs. We were given plenty of time to try different mattresses and make our decision without feeling rushed. The store is very well organized and well supplied. Choosing the best matress can be stressful, as there are so many of options, but at EZ Living Forniture in Fonthill, they make your life much easier.

A true salesman
The salesman was very professional, attentive, helpful, with a clear focus on helping me find the Desk I was looking for, without using cold distance to establish and impose his "business authority" on our interaction, as so often is the case in so many shops and businesses. I felt he was naturally helpful and giving me the space to feel comfortable and open my self to be assisted by him. A truly engaging shopping experience, sure on my favourites list.
