Great service in Castlebar!
We bought our first couch from Aisling P in Castlebar and Aisling was so helpful she gave us great advice and talked us through the process as we had never done it before! we had been to the store over the past few weeks previous looking at the couch and Aisling was always a pleasure to deal with!

David was helpful and nice to deal with so hopefully everything will go well with my promise delivery as one time they told me my delivery would be a certain date but unfortunately it was not so had to cancel my order hoping that does not happen this time.

Unsupported purchase
I have never written a negative review in my life,but my recent experience with EZ Living in Castlebar has made it necessary. My wife and I purchased a large wardrobe which came as a flat pack. I thought I could assemble it but it was too large for me to move around. When I contacted customer service for some help they informed me that they did not assemble this particular model. When I asked them to recommend a third party to assemble it they never replied. In other words we spent 1200 euro on a wardrobe which we cannot use. We have purchased many furniture items from EZ Living before this experience. We will not be purchasing any other items, and I cannot recommend it to potential customers.
EZ Living has contacted me and confirmed that they can do nothing. They did offer to send me the instructions! I hope no one else will have this experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I am very sorry to hear about your recent experience.
I completely understand how frustrating this is.
As advised at the time of purchase this item comes flat packed.
Unfortunately, assembly is not an add on service we offer for this particular wardrobe model as given the size and complexity of the wardrobe it is quite time consuming. We would also strongly recommend having assistance during assembly to ensure it can be put together safely and correctly.
I can only apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
That said, I would be more than happy to forward you another copy of the assembly instructions if that would be helpful.
I also sincerely apologise that we did not follow up regarding your request for a third-party recommendation — this is not the level of service we aim to provide, we unfortunately do not have a list of local tradesmen to do these jobs - this should have been communicated with you.
We thank you for your past custom and are very sorry that this experience has impacted your confidence in us.
I will pop the assembly sheet through to you via email following on from this.

Mattresses
Initially just looking at counter stools but there was a very good range of mattresses which we also needed. Sale rep Martin was very helpful and did have good knowledge of what they had in stock and which one suited us best. Sales and delivery arranged very smoothly. Due for delivery in early May.
