Chloe was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was so friendly, patient and knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for rather than simply trying to make a sale. She made the whole process so easy and enjoyable, and her advice when it came to choosing the right mattress was invaluable.
I’m absolutely delighted with my new bed and mattress, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Chloe is a credit to EZ Living Furniture and is exactly the kind of person you hope to meet when making a big purchase.
