I received a product from Faces.ae in a disgusting condition. The item was clearly used, scratched, and damaged, which is completely unacceptable for a beauty product that should be brand new.
The packaging was damaged and the device itself had multiple scratches and clear signs of prior use. This already shows a serious lack of quality control.
What is even more shocking is that there was a piece of a cutter blade inside the box. This is extremely dangerous and completely unacceptable. Sending a product in this condition is not only careless but also a serious safety issue.
Trying to contact customer service was an absolute nightmare. They keep passing you from one person to another without resolving anything, and emails are simply ignored. No proper response, no accountability, nothing.
For a company operating in Dubai, this level of service is honestly shocking. I have never experienced such poor quality control and customer service from a beauty retailer before.
