I don't write many reviews but I feel I need to write this one. My experience with Factory Plaza was excellent from beginning to end. My salesman, Ryan, was personable, professional and patient. I feel I got very a competitively priced product in a very timely manner. They hit their timelines perfectly. When it came time for installation, I was notified when they were to arrive and they arrived at that time exactly. Installation went smoothly and accurately. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Our company has used Factory Plaza for counter tops and custom cabinets for many years great prices and quality working with Natalia has been pleasant she's always eager to help with any situation.

I work with a contractor designing bathrooms and sometimes kitchens. I have done numerous projects large and small with Factory Plaza and have been so delighted with their work. On the planning end, I have always worked with Mario, although they seem to have a large competent staff there. The prices have been excellent, the selection of stone is vast and, for smaller jobs, their offering of remnants is also expansive. When selecting a slab or remnant, they lift the piece out so the customer can have a good look t the entire piece and Mario has actually taped off the sections that will be used for the job so we can eliminate any area that has any imperfection that could end up being the focal point of the countertop...we have also purchased kitchen cabinets through Factory Plaza. While they do not offer a huge selection of door styles, the craftsmanship is excellent, the turnaround is quick and the prices are reasonable. And, of course, they are made in America!

Good experience with full granite sheets and large pieces to get a good idea what are kitchen would look like. Ursula gave us great sales help and price. The installers did a fast job, and the joint in the counter is nearly invisible. All in all this is our third install and the easiest. Thank you Ursula and Factory Plaza, inc.

Milo was our sales rep, and was very helpful in selection process of our new countertops. It was also helpful to be able to see slabs in person at Factory Plaza warehouse.
Scheduling the measurement and installation was very easy.
The installation crew was very clean, and installed our counters on the day promised.

We had our countertop and sink put in our kitchen they did an excellent job. They came and did measurement. Then we went and look to see what we liked for our counter top they gave us some samples that we were looking at so we could make sure what we wanted brought them home made our decission!
