This is, without exaggeration, the worst and most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. Before I paid them, they acted friendly, supportive, and incredibly attentive. The moment they received the money, everything changed — and not just for me. My entire group is deeply dissatisfied with Facultet School Lisbon.
They kept delaying our documents for weeks, then finally sent papers that were completely useless and not accepted by AIMA. They clearly had no idea what they were doing, yet continued to act as if everything was fine. The quality of education was mediocre at best nothing close to what they advertised.
The only positive thing I got from this school was meeting good people in my group and a few decent lectures from guest speakers. Everything else was a huge disappointment.
Throughout the entire process, they kept guilt-tripping us, constantly reminding us how “expensive” our documents supposedly were and complaining about their “high rent,” as if this excused their incompetence. Instead of providing proper service, they tried to shift responsibility onto students.
They promised to give us our diploma within one month, but it took three with no apology, no transparency, and the same dismissive attitude. They know students depend on them, and they take full advantage of that vulnerability. The moment they get your money, they stop caring completely.
Their treatment of students is disrespectful, careless, and manipulative. I absolutely do not recommend this school to anyone. Save your time, money, and nerves.
