Went into Tavistock branch to look at…
Went into Tavistock branch to look at bed bases back in February I think, {remember the phrase To Look At}
ended up leaving £2000.00 lighter in the bank account and a powered 3 seater recliner on order🤔 how did that happen 🤔, any way, Tom was a great salesman {and nice chap too} sorted it all out and kept us up to date frequently with our delivery date, {not for a bed base though}, took delivery earlier than expected so 👍 there, we love it, the adjustable lumber and head support are amazing, my back has finally found the ideal peice of furniture to get comfortable after a day at the grind stone. Full marks to everyone in the Fairway team {including Tom who showed us some nice bed bases but sold us a powered recliner} 🤔, still don't get that one.

Polite non pushy Staff, great delivery guys,took all packaging away with them and were very respectful of property,good communications and updates throughout the process. They even let us borrow a swatch of the suite material to match for curtains elsewhere you can not beat Fairway Furniture.

Nothing was too much trouble
Nothing was too much trouble. I had the member of staff show me lots of chairs and he was more than happy to ensure I got what I really wanted. He explained the details of each item of furniture and broke down fully how the final cost was made up. He was friendly, professional and also offered to remove my old sofa during the delivery of my new chairs the following week. Everything went like clockwork and the movers were very helpful and cooperative.
