Good website. ordered on Thursday 17th Feb around 4:30PM and arrived Friday morning. was emailed confirmation of dispatch same day. prices seemed good
was happy with the quality of the products sent and would definitely recommend them to anyone who may ask.

A company will do anything to make money
The item's packaging was terrible, I opened the box and the receiver was falling apart, front panel broken, some scratches, etc, etc. On that time all I wanted was a new box (probably a replacement). In order to avoid paying delivery charges I have then been told that it has been tested and packaged nicely before it was sent to me. Hence they blamed me and I have been charged £8.65 for the delivery of the item plus I paid £21.65 to return the box back to them and never got the money back. So altogether it cost me £30.30 and when I requested that money back. I have been treated like a stupid on the phone by someone behaved like he is a professional who knows what to talk in this kind of refund (loss of money) issues, the best excuse was it was my fault. Come on guys what can get out of a satellite receiver and send it back for a new one or refund?
I am already a verified user who updated the review as there was no progress with the compaint within the last 4 months.
Try to avoid if you do not want any headache.
