Five star pleasant and efficient.
I ordered the wrong mower blades for a colleague. HIS fault (wrong description) so I then sent a photo to Farm Tech of the blades needed. They all at Farm Tech (Terry in particular) were amazingly helpful and pleasant on the phone. Three correct blades which I paid for were sent and they arrived the next day. I returned the incorrect blades and received the credit in two working days. It is not possible for things to be easier for a layman (me) or quicker.

Great service.....
A real person answered the phone. Speaking to them was easy and informative and helped me to make my decision. The subsequent email exchange was quick and easy and I was able to order off the back of an email rather than having to go back and do an online order. Overall helpful, quick and easy to deal with.
