There does seem to be an issue of listing plants as in stock but on ordering (my last 2 orders) I have received text that ordered plants are not in stock. I check their website and they are still listed as in stock. This has happen on consecutive orders.

Superb selection of healthy plants ,usual friendly service ,always a delight to visit this place and now they do houseplants they have absolutely everything ,i will be back.

Healthy plants, good price, re-cyclable packaging and excellent customer service.

My order was all sempervivums and they arrived quickly and just slightly damaged, but nothing that I am too concerned about. My main problem is that the straw packaging was just thrown in on top of the plants, it took me hours to gently remove the straw with a soft toothbrush. I think putting the plants into a paper bag would have saved me hours of work. For this reason I won't be ordering again from this company. Sorry. P.S. Lovely plants.

The nursery kept me fully informed about delivery. The 3 plants are all of a high standard, and I have never had plants so well wrapped. Diolch o galon,

First time ordering with Farmyard and I'll be back! Very prompt delivery, prices are more than fair. Plants are mostly very well grown - just one was a little small. The diverse range of plants were all healthy and well packed in straw - good nest box material for my hens -and so refreshing not to have loads of plastic waste.

I have given 3 stars because 1 plant was perfectly healthy and 1 came back to life within a day or two.

The complaint is not even that my third plant, a fuchsia, was a) a very weedy little thing to begin with b) was lying on its side in not a lot of very dry earth and c) was more than half dead when I took it out - it didn't survive being potted up and cared for.

My complaint (and they are lucky to get 3 stars) is that I have contacted them 3 times - email and 2 times on their own contact form and have not heard a thing.

I was really hoping to find a good independent nursery, I am fed up with the big 3 who, in truth are 1 large company, who really don't care. However it would appear, they are all the same. So very disappointed.

I've bought a lot of things from Farmyard Nurseries over the years usually online but occasionally at the main nursery site in Llandyssul. The staff are unfailingly helpful and friendly. The merchandise is well grown and well packaged and arrives promptly. If something isn't in stock they will either try to send a suitable alternative or refund you and they have always called first before substituting or refunding which i like.

I placed order 13557. Received order plants were very good. Packed full of straw which took a while to empty (used on compost. Auricula we’re packed with shredded paper so everything packed well. I’m annoyed because they sent me the wrong species of Passion flower, I emailed them and they haven’t responded. The least I would like is refund of the difference as I have planted the Passion flower. I checked the labels of all the plants as I had ordered specific auriculas.

This was the first time I had ordered from this Nursery, but it won't be the last! I was very impressed by the quality of the plants. I was even given two pots of Narcissi. I have already recommended you to a gardening friend. Thank you, Richard and your team.

Baught some hellebores last year just started growing well really happy customer this is second time I've baught of farmyard nurseries

Haven’t ordered from here before but certainly will again, I found the online ordering very easy, they kept me up to date all the time where my order was up to, delivery was exactly as I’d been told, and the packaging and quality of the plants was exceptional. Thank you.

I have ordered 3 large deliveries from this company now and they have been absolutely outstanding. The plants arrive in a timely fashion, well packed, and are really healthy. The first delivery was of hellebores and i was concerned about them being pot bound so I sent them an email and they got in touch with immediately, reassured me effectively, and sure enough the plants are now well established and making an excellent display - and cost about a third of what I have ever paid before for hellebores. All in all can't recommend them highly enough.

I bought a collection of hellebores from farmyard and they are really lovely healthy plants. The packaging is great although the straw was a bit messy - much appreciated by my neighbours veggies though!

I ordered some plant from Farmyard nursery that weren’t in the best condition when they arrived. I spoke to them and was given a replacement on next day delivery. They are in beautiful condition and well watered. Their packaging is all recyclable. Nice to find a company who listens and sorts things out efficiently when there is a problem.

Amazing service. I ordered 30 hellebore plants online on Sunday evening and despite the virus and snow they arrived Tuesday morning. All superb, healthy plants and a friendly delivery driver too!
