Easy process and good service

Great advice and super responsive. Will and Dan were a pleasure to deal with and made the process of moving our money to NZ stress-free. As an unexpected bonus we've been able to maximise our rate thanks to the ability to agree a forward deal. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I needed to transfer savings from UK to the US and was recommended FC Global Payments by our removals company. I was first contacted by Charlie Murray, who took me through the process step-by-step and gave me the confidence that this would be a service that worked for me. The payment portal site seemed secure and was straightforward to use, and the rates on transfers significantly better than my banks or other foreign exchange services I had researched. Having made one transfer successfully I was happy to make another and will continue to use them going forward. Daniel and the team at FC Global were amazing throughout the process of sending a sizable amount of money to a new account abroad. Not only were the exchange rates much more preferable compared to any high street bank or bureau de change, but Daniel kept a personal and professional eye on the exchange rates and advised me on when was best to exchange currency before the rate made a downward turn. He got this spot on which provided me with the best exchange rate possible at that time.

Prior to moving from the UK to New Zealand we wanted to move our money across to our NZ account, and were recommended FC Global Payments via the shipping company we are using.
