Lotus 5 seater corner sofa
Ordered the 5 seater Lotus corner sofa and coffee table set in March and FeatureDeco very kindly agreed to let us keep it in their warehouse (we were going away at the time of ordering and needed a few weeks to prepare the space where it was to go.) On requesting delivery it was very straightforward and the item looks every bit as good as it did on their website. Was also very pleased to take advantage of the 20% introductory offer that was running at the time of order. I haven’t seen anything in a similar price bracket online that looks as good as this set and looking forward to seeing if it is as comfortable as it looks!

Fulham recliner sofa & Pergola
We purchased the Fulham recliner sofa setand a pergola with curtains, they arrived quickly and we were so impressed with the quality!!!! They are have elevated our garden and have become the reason we soend more time outside!! Definetly reccomend both as the quality of the products is beyond expectations!

Nice product. Received around 1 week after ordering. Delivery company excellent. Informed of delivery time and date then updated throughout day. Furniture seems decent quality. No issues as yet. Well boxed. Time will tell when it’s used next year properly. Happy so far though.#featuredeco

Excellent service from ordering to delivery, arrived with 3-4days. We are very pleased with our garden furniture. We had an enquiry regarding the swivel chair that was answered very promptly. I would highly recommend Feature Deco.

The garden set was perfect and we were pleasantly surprised at how good the overall quality of the furniture was. Super quick delivery and the delivery drivers even brought it through and up into our garden. Excellent service all round. Very much recommended.

We went to the showroom to view the garden furniture and the young lady in there was extremely helpful, even moving furniture around for us to see how it would fit under our pergola. After ordering, the company kept the furniture until our garden was ready for it to be delivered . It was high quality and well made . We are extremely pleased with the goods and service we received

Highly recommend
An excellent company to deal with. Large range of furniture to suit all. I bought a sofa set for my conservatory and was so pleased with it that I have bought another different set for the garden.
The website unfortunately failed during my order but the office was very helpful and my purchase was easily completed. Delivery was within days, by another helpful team, and the small bit of assembly was uncomplicated.
I would highly recommend this company

So much seating space!
After spending months trying to find the perfect garden sofa set we just love our Grand Portsmouth set.

I was pleased to find the furniture online with the perfect size and durable aluminium frames. Placing the order was an easy task, and the delivery guys gave me the 1 hour notice as promised, very helpful in a working day. They took care in delivery, and everything was to my satisfaction.

Weymouth 6seater dining set
Initial communication was good and the lady I spoke with very knowledgeable.
Delivery excellent continually informed. Goods came well packed.
Instructions to construct the table were clear.
Weymouth 6 seater dining table and chairs. Products is good except the wooden strips on the chair arms constantly fall off. We have already spent £10 on glue so far. Ashame as it is a nice product. Disappointed

Cheltenham sofa set - great quality, value & service
Ordered the Cheltenham on line, stock was showing as the last one and at check out the completion of the sale failed. I thought I'd missed out but the next day they sent me and invoice. I called just to ensure it wasn't a scam and was reassured. The furniture turned up 2 days later and was delivered by a really helpful courier. The furniture was packed really well. There were a few assembly challenges but nothing that couldn't be sorted. Incredibly comfortable - so much so my husband slept on it all night! E
