Emailed the hotel in Majorca directly more than once, and have also emailed to the head office but not received a response from either.

I can’t rate this hotel group enough!
This is our 3rd year visiting this hotel and all 3 of our children absolutely love it!
The staff are so friendly and welcoming it really makes a difference to our holiday.
The children’s club & entertainment is one of the best we have ever visited and we look forward so much to our next holiday here!

Disappointing Experience – No Response from Management

We stayed at Fergus Style Es Canar from June 1st to June 13th. While the resort looks beautiful and well-maintained — with stylish apartments, a lovely pool, and an excellent breakfast — our overall experience has been disappointing due to several unresolved issues.

Upon arrival, our bathroom had not been cleaned. There were still personal items from the previous guest in the shower. Despite notifying reception, the bathroom was never cleaned during our entire stay.

There is no proper place to dry wet swimwear or towels — due to frequent strong winds, items easily blow away. We had to dry our clothes in the car or over our suitcase. There’s also no outdoor seating provided with the apartment. Two simple chairs outside would have made a big difference, both for relaxation and practicality.

The bar, while cozy and nicely designed, closes far too early in the evening.

Moreover, there is ongoing construction work at the resort. While most of it is discreet, the regular arrival of water trucks — every 20 minutes — causes windows to shake and noise throughout the day. Most concerning, the water pressure in our apartment regularly dropped completely. At times we were unable to shower or even flush the toilet. Despite multiple requests at reception, we were given no clear answers and no solution.

We submitted a formal complaint on Sunday, June 8th — as of today, June 12th, still no response from hotel management.

Lack of basic hygiene, poor communication, and unresolved water issues are simply unacceptable for a resort of this category.
