The creativeness, quality and thought that goes into every detail is in my opinion just marvellous! We have had letters from Santa, Christmas wish list and good behaviour contract, a stunning personalised Christmas Eve box which contained beautiful items we excitedly use every year including a special key as we have no chimney!

This years Easter Bunny arrival notice and personalised letters to our children were by far the most wonderful, almost making me believe they were from the Bunny him/herself!!

The quality of each item from Festive Studio seems to surpass anything we’ve tried before and really gives that undeniably genuine feel that leaves no room for doubt in our children’s minds. For that alone we are so thankful as it means we get to keep that magic in home alive!

I absolutely love this company they never fail to make an experience extra special and inject that magic with good quality goods, we always buy off this company for Xmas things and when I seen the they started to do Easter things I was thinking “nahhh I’m not going to start getting into all the Easter things to” and a couple of days later I seen the ad again and I just couldn’t resist I knew it would be good stuff so I bought it and I’m so glad I did my eldest is 7 and now for the first time actually believes in the Easter bunny and my youngest loved it, we have made some of the best memories this year and I only have festive studio to thank for that, that little bit of magic goes a long way and the longer I can keep that magic and the kids still believing the better, thanks again festive studio your the best

I have bought many times from Festive Studio. I have always been delighted with the letters from Santa and it's become part of our Christmas rituals. My husband and I love hearing our sons read their personalised letters as much as they enjoy reading them! The attention to details such as where we live, our pets and how old our kids are really bring Santa alive. I took a punt on the Easter Bunny box, and whilst I felt it was expensive at £40 once two letters were included I have to say that actually the quality and magic of the experience make me feel that it was worth it. The certificates from the Easter Bunny were received with delight and this morning the letters, key and magic food were left and even my 10 year old seemed spellbound! Beautiful quality I thoroughly recommend this company and when I had queries about delivery due to being away I was reassured and received my order in plenty of time. I love this company and I hope to see more holidays and events added to the list! The Tooth Fairy? Halloween? Honestly I should just get my money paid directly to Festive Studios. Your kids will love it and goddamn it they will make a believer of you, the adult, too!

I have just received my ‘the easter bunny’ parcel today for my two boys.
Wow!! It could not be more perfect! The attention to detail is incredible! Everything is so so beautifully done. It really does bring the magic alive. I can’t wait to share it with my children and keep it forever!

WOW! Just simply WOW!

Brilliant quality and absolutely awesome customer service. Very much a family run business with the care and understanding for other families. I will most certainly be ordering from this team of brilliance again.

To top it off, the items are of such a high quality that they’ve even got me convinced that E.B himself sourced them! I have never seen anything like this on offer and it is perfect, making my two’s first Easter together even more magical.

Just received my Easter Basket absolutely love it.

There were some issues with my order and I did not receive a satisfactory resolution in time, as they don’t work once the holiday is finished. They have apologized and refunded me the missing items though once they picked it up.

It might be worth considering expanding their customer service beyond the end of the festivity, as things can go wrong in sales and customer might require support.

Slight delay on delivery due to postal strike but oh my god so worth the wait. I ordered two Santa letters for my twin girls and they had different jokes and differences in each of them which was great made them more authentic. The reindeer food and the magic snow made the magic that more special. I also ordered a book which we read Christmas Eve it was great. The letters were that good my girls want to frame them. I would highly recommend these gifts and will definitely be using festive studios again. Jodie went above and beyond and communication was A+.

Absolutely amazing experience. I'm always a bit sceptical in these, but this is a really lovely video and the personalisation options are really the topping.

I absolutely loved the video! My children are going to be so excited when they see it. It’s really what Christmas magic is all about! Well worth the money. Also loved the additional reindeer food and good list certificates you get in the boxes.

Festive Studio personalised Christmas videos are amazing and so festive. I have just ordered two of them for my nieces.
I wish I got a personalised message from Santa like this when I was a kid.
The whole process was smooth and the videos were ready in few minutes! Great for last minute shoppers like me…

I ordered some personalised letters about month ago and hadnt recieved them due to the strikes of Royal mail. I emailed Festive Studio and asked if they had a tracking or if they knew when i could expect them. They emailed back super fast and kindly sent replacements and I recieved them the next day. I am so thankful and so pleased with the amazing customer service. The letters are beautiful and made my daughters day - the personalisation made them so magical.
I will recommend you to everyone and once again I appreciate the high level of customer service. Merry Christmas.

I have ordered from your company for years and always been impressed. My children get so excited opening their personalised box with treats and personalised letters inside .

This year I was absolutely devastated to find that on arrival my parcel had been tampered with .. letters and items stolen and I was heartbroken - especially with the strikes wondering if my children would receive their letters this year .

I wrote an email to your company on Sunday night at 9pm which a prompt response and 9.05pm and a replacement sent by today (Tuesday)

I was already pleased with your company however after rectifying a problem so quickly I really want the world to know that this company is not only truly amazing but it is just magical in every way .

I will be forever thankful and will continue being a long standing customer of yours !
