Constantly delayed packages and there is no real customer service team or platform. Predatory delivery company if you ask me. 0/5.

Getting a package—whether it’s a meal plan, a hot pair of shoes, or a new couch is fun. We aim to keep it that way, because delivery happiness shouldn’t end with a lost package, a moldy perishable, or a box teasing you from inside a locked leasing office. So we designed a solution that removes the package burden from property managers and gives residents a delivery experience worthy of their excitement. That is, we allow property managers to focus on their core business (not package delivery), and bring every package safely to its owner’s waiting hands.

Same story as everyone else
Same story as everyone else. Fetch requires you to be home for large packages to sign for it, and they give you a 4 hour window for delivery. They then lie and say that they've attempted delivery, but that you the customer failed to meet them, when in reality no such attempt was made. Last night for their first "attempt" they said that I was not there, and then they said they'd try again in 30 minutes. Knowing they would lie again I sat in my doorway, with the door wide open, and waited. When I got the second notice that a delivery was "attempted", a blatant lie just like the first time, I then reached out to their "live chat" and they wouldn't respond to my question. "How was a second delivery attempted, but failed, when I'm sitting in the wide open doorway and no delivery person came?" Haha, they just didn't respond and now I have been given no option for rescheduling. It's just said for the last 12 hours in the app that I wasn't home and that "We will notify you when you are able to reschedule". This is a joke, and apartment complexes all continue to use the service because it allows them to pass the buck of blame for missing packages to someone else. I don't know how this isn't illegal. Fetch workers must be making a killing in"missing" packages smh

2 day shipping becomes 4 day shipping.
The only thing fetch achieves, is getting your package to you day or more later. Two day shipping, becomes 4 shipping with they are involved.
Fetch often has the packages delivered to them by about lunch.
The delays are caused by:
- taking to long to scan in the packages
- not having available delivery times that day because of the delay in scanning or limited capacity.
- cancelling delivery windows
The only reason they still exists is because apartment managers mandate their use.

Poor Service
My apartment complex, Denim Scottsdale, decided to use this service instead of the parcel locker room we have.
Since using it, 2 packages have been lost.
one was delivered to the wrong apartment, and they don't seem to be anything about it.
THIS IS HORRIBLE SERVICE

Respuesta de fetchpackage.com
Horrible, horrible experience.
Delivered a package outside of the time slot. I was not home. The package got stolen. Customer service says they did nothing wrong. Also lost one of my packages after receiving it (though this time offered to pay me back for the contents, which was not helpful as what I wanted was the contents). They delay all of our packages by 1-2 days. If the delivery gets canceled for some reason (which is weekly), then we have to go into the app and manually select a new time slot each time. Usually there are no slots left so delivery gets delayed some more. Customer service is horrible. They have a chat bot they force everyone to use and it takes effort to get through to a human (and then it's e-mail only). We will be moving to a new apartment complex primarily because of how bad Fetch is.

it’s not a service when it makes getting your packages worse avoid.
Package was scheduled to be delivered today, so we waited in. Agent claims to have attempted delivery but clearly is not being truthful as we were in all day. I contacted customer service (through online chat and have screen shots) and was told they would add it to the last delivery slot. Didn’t come again having now waited in all day and all evening. I don’t see the point in this “service” my advice is stick to an apartment building where Amazon delivers directly. This so called service is a dreadful.

Fetch either has lost or delivered…
Fetch either has lost or delivered packages addressed to me to the wrong address on numerous occasions. Their customer service is non-existent and the best you can hope for is for them to tell you "Get a Refund from Amazon". They are both incompetent and not service oriented. In short they suck!

Bad at their job
The only good service I see from them is being able to hold the packages for longer time. The rest all is worse.
The problem is when one is paying for amazon/walmart or any delivery company for next day delivery, Fetch makes that useless. Its worse because a new apartment I'm moving to is taking a $10/month for this package service($10 for a delayed delivery?).
They do show same day delivery, but there are time windows when you can get your package to you. And then Fetch doesn't update that they received a package immediately. So, you are almost loosing a day if your package is delivered at the end of day or so.
Now about the staff, I'm not sure who they are hiring for delivery. It has occurred more than thrice for me that my package came out for delivery and never reached me. When asked, the reply was the delivery person has left. I don't think they left, I mean if they left they can reach out to them the next day and get the packages but that's not the case. So you can understand what happened to the packages or who the delivery person is(its not they left but it's **eft). The problem with this is when you buy an item on huge discount/sale, the reimbursement you get is what you paid for. I wish they try to give the product because Fetch missed delivering the product, not just the product but the deal that I waited/spent time on finding.
So bad at addressing missing packages and bad at delaying the premium deliveries one pays for.
I wish the apartment communities look for more better options than this.

I absolutely love this place
I absolutely love this place. For me personally, I live in the Jackson Apartments in Seattle and I always had amazing service with these guys. Even accommodate me when I want to pick up my packages in person from the warehouse. Always greeted by friendly people with a smile. Chad and Crystal always go above and beyond and are patient with my requests. highly recommend this company.

Poor service, no control to resolve
I wish there was a way to rate with a zero/negative star experience. Again, my larger package that I 'MUST BE HOME FOR' was not delivered in the time slot selected even though the Fetch app states that is out for delivery since yesterday afternoon. Of course you can't get a human to assist, and I expect several days of either no response or passing the buck response. I wish my apartment complex had read reviews like this before they selected this company in place of letting Amazon deliver to our doors.

Not trustworthy
This is a terrible company I have not received 3 of my packages. I was to receive a package last night between 3 pm and 7 pm and I waited until 9:30 and the package never arrived I was suppose to sign for the package only because 3 of my packaged have not been received. I am so fed up with this service I will not have another package delivered thru them. I also had a package delivered at 655 pm went to my front door at 7:19 and guess what no package. Even notifying them they indicated it shows that the packages are delivered this is a awful service and I will not be having them delivery to me again I now have a package on hold I also contacted Amazon and they have indicated to me directly donot have your packages delivered thru them they do not deliver and they give a lot of refunds

Worst service ever
I have to be honest, this service sucks. My apartment complex automatically links our address to Fetch, so I don’t have a choice but to use them. Half of my packages end up going to Fetch and the other half don’t — I can’t figure out the pattern. Basically it makes it impossible to track anything. I have confirmed Fetch lost track of two of my packages so far (I moved in here one month ago). One of the packages ended up making its way to me, 6 days late. The other is still missing (carrier says it was delivered 8 days ago). And the main selling point of Fetch — that you can schedule your deliveries at a time you choose — isn’t even true. When I scheduled a delivery time for the one package I did receive from them, I got a notifcation the next day that said “your scheduled delivery time is not available; please choose a new time.” What the heck is the point of this service?

This service just plain sucks
This service just plain sucks. I ordered a sofa to be delivered through them which was delivered to the warehouse over a month ago. The facility then lost the package and removed it from my app. How do you lose a sofa??! After contacting support they said that they found the package but it was too large to fit in the truck. The dimensions of the box provided by the vendor are well within the guidelines on the fetch website. So here I am over a month later with no sofa and no resolution. They are constantly delaying deliveries but you don’t find out until you’ve sat at home for 5 hours and no one came with the delivery. There is no one to talk to at customer support, you can only email or live chat. I would 100% not use this service if it wasn’t required by my building.

FETCH IS A SCAM SO THAT BUILDING MANAGERS & FETCH EMPLOYEES CAN STEAL YOUR MONEY AND PACKAGES
FETCH IS A SCAM.
Multiple times we have provided proof of pick up/delivery.
BUT WAS never dropped of.
MY ENTIRE building lost multiple packages over the holidays because of using FETCH.
Fetch WILL NOT reimburse ANYONE for STOLEN packages.
The building will also NOT take responsibility for "missing" packages from FETCH
We pay MONTLY for these services that we CANNOT cancel because its part of the lease.
List of items that me & my neighbors saw was marked "DELIVERED" by fetch but never actually came in the building:
-Sony TV
-Samsung TV
-Samsung Projector
-Nintendo Switch OLED
-Nike Shoes
-Dog Clothes
-Blankets
-Human Clothes
-Breville Espresso Machine
-Nespresso Machine
-Dell PC
-Asus ROG Laptop
AND THIS was just MY floor. I didnt even bother asking the rest of the building. Packages were suppose to be delivered throughout December.
If you're moving to a NEW place ask if they are using a logistics company for packages. If it's FETCH don't live in that building. I'll be filing a claim at my office today. And will be encouraging my neighbors to follow suit.
Fetch losing Christmas presents!
Fetch lost a few of my Christmas gifts, where various vendors staged and have pictures of them delivering items to the warehouse. Fetch lost my items and state it is not their fault and to file claims with the vendor. No accountability is given for this service and I would not recommend moving to a location where fetch handles packages.

Fetch - If I could give a zero I would
If I could give a zero, that would be the score. DO NOT let your building use Fetch. They lose packages frequently and then you spend an exorbitant amount of hours documenting proof of delivery, itemizing what was lost and then asked again and again and again to submit the proof. Building management does not help. Many of us feel we have a Bot communicating with us. I know that several people in my building are having a similar experience with packages saying they were delivered but they weren't. Sadly, it seems delivery people steal packages and the company doesn't do anything to resolve the situation.

Don’t count on support from corporate.
While I’ve had a few packages delivered to the wrong location several times before, I was able to locate them myself. The only real issue was a recent delivery made to the wrong apartment (as shown in their delivery photos). I looked outside and down the hall - didn’t see them. Opened a ticket to report the missing packages (3 of them) and submitted tracking numbers as well as the invoice as requested. Now all I’m getting is someone *repeatedly* asking if the package (one of them) was not received and saying that they are closing the ticket after all of the supporting documentation was provided to them. The local Houston team has always been able to quickly solve minor issues before - but corporate seems to be hopelessly inept or or worse. What should be a simple Submit Claim, Provide Proof, wait for them to search, Status Update, Resolution - is now down to repeated closing ticket. (After asking for information already provided).
UPDATE: Thank you for your reply. Fortunately I have my email showing that I had already provided the information that you requested on 12/26. I sent a new email today Jan 2nd, and resent a copy of the original email for your review. Taking a “we close tickets” without a resolution (on an issue caused by your error after I supplied required info in good faith) is poor customer service. There is no doubt that an issue exists, either you resolve issues or you just close tickets. Anyone reading your flippant response knows what it feels like to be blown off.

I am already pissed I am being forced to pay for a delivery service where I live when I am already paying for delivery from the places I am buying product. I knew it was a matter of time before Fetch would screw up. I had two packages out for delivery that were due to be delivered by 6pm. It’s now 10pm and nothing and customer service is closed. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve and I am afraid they won’t arrive in time. I did contact chat support before they closed and their excuse was that it’s a busy time for packages. Well no crap. But isn’t your job delivering packages? Not my fault. You all should be prepared. Waste of money for crappy service. Run far away if you are looking to move into an apartment community and they force you to pay for Fetch service.

I wish there was 0 star
I wish there was 0 star. Very terrible terrible service and company. Two packages were delivered at Fetch facility within one week and both were never scheduled for delivery. Customer service did practically nothing about it. It's possible they are stealing customer's packages and/or conniving with delivery drivers because there is no way else to explain the extremely poor attitude and service.

The company steals the packages!
Stop using this third party delivery company!!! They deliver your package, take a picture to show the proff that they delivered, and then they steal the package!!! This is beyond acceptable! After I refeive my notification that the package was delivered, in less than 10 seconds I open the door, the package is missing... I am waiting for a full refund for my package immediately!
