This company should no longer be able…

This company should no longer be able to operate and scam and lie to customers, not only do they lie about dispatching your order the completely ignore you for days and then when they do reply, they are extremely rude and aggressive and pass the blame onto Royal Mail , Matthew Radford shameful customer service and should be sacked immediately , order was supposedly with Royal Mail but royal mail never had them , I don’t think it’s a coincidence that many people have the same problem your company , I was told to let you know Matthew if my order status never changed and when I did you became aggressive, I only wanted to know where my order was not a refund but as I’ve said your scamming people out of lots of money and you should be stopped immediately

Customers order was shipped on Friday (bank holiday so not collected until the following working day) which was Tuesday. Ordered with standard delivery 3 to 5 working days. Less than 24 hours after royal mail collected the item the customer emails saying he was passing it onto his solicitor......

we recalled the customer order and refunded them.

DO NOT USE!!!!!! I have now reported to trading standards. The company is an obvious con they will not send in time frame and will not send unless you chase (still havent recieved mine). There are no confirmation emails of purchase. You need to very careful when using this site. I wish I looked at reviews leading up to this. AVOID. AVOID AVOID

Customer places order, after a few days they email saying where is my item, poor service, wont recommend etc etc leaves negative reviews and complaining they haven't received any any email confirmation.

the customer ordered and only provided a phone number, no email address so we cant send an email to a customers email address thats not provided.....

we refunded the customer through Klarna and cancelled the customers order

My order wasn’t in stock when placed

My order wasn’t in stock when placed, should have said out of stock on site, no email to say until I asked where is my order. Then told it would be in Thursday/Friday last week 12/13march. Still nothing, I’ve sent another email and no reply . I did receive a full refund on the 19/03/2026 Thank you

hi, unfortunately we dont hold huge stock levels so when an item does not arrive sometimes its not possible to send a replacement out. this order was fully refunded for the customer

Was a week late despatching my order

Was a week late despatching my order, however they did reply to the emails . The items did arrive and were as detailed. I’m happy

No response for Fight Co

Ordered a pair of Rival gloves in Oct 25, they have started to come apart at the seem. I’ve tried to contact Fight Co for three weeks with no success, no reply on chat, email or the website contact form. Also the phone just gives an auto message and you can’t leave a message. This is really poor customer service.

My 17-year-old son used his first ever wage packet to order boxing boots and gloves from this site (Order No: 58189). When the package arrived he was over the moon, rushed home from work to get to boxing, only to find that only part of the order had been delivered.

Royal Mail’s own delivery photo clearly shows a single package left on the doorstep.

We have since made 3 phone calls and sent 2 emails over the past 3 weeks and have had no response whatsoever — no reply to emails and no returned calls.

We understand that mistakes and split shipments can happen from time to time, but completely ignoring customers when they are simply trying to resolve an issue is not acceptable.

All we are asking for is either the missing item to be sent out or a refund of the £50 for the item that has not been received.

We would appreciate someone contacting us to resolve this.
