Poor quality masked by customer service charm
After receiving the car and being treated with great care, I later found out after almost 2 weeks that the car requires repairs worth more than the car is worth. This is not the standard or quality that find my car should be aiming for when finding cars for customers. If the care team had done a decent check on the car, they would known that it wasn't suitable to give to a customer and then charge a ridiculous amount over a 5 year period knowing that it will cause issues.

Amazing service from start to finish
When my car packed up driving home one day, I was in a panic. I was stressed about what to do. That was when Lee Ferry stepped up and took away that stress.
He listened to what I wanted from a car and suggested something that suited me down to the ground. A few days later it was serviced, MOT’d, valeted and the keys were in my hand. I can’t thank Lee enough for his calmness and attention to detail. A thorough handover meant I knew my way around my new car instantly. Thank you so much.

Incredible company
Been with Findmy.car for years now and Teddy sourced me a Audi q5 which when delivered looks absolutely amazing and he even treated it to a black pack and his communication was incredible throughout, I started as a customer and can genuinely say Teddy is now a Friend the laughs we had and how easy he made the process was class

Find My Car, Just WOW!!!
To getting sick of online large car sellers to my the wife saying use Find my car like she did im a convert! From filling out the online portal to getting the initial message / phone call to the drop off day, i was taken step by step at my pace and never pushed. I was clear with what i wanted and when what was offered didnt fit, Matt took it as a personal challenge to meet all my needs. When he did he smashed it out of the park!
Matt hand delivered the car on a day we arranged to best suit me, it was spotless. As im new to tesla’s he walked me through the major features and a quality how to. Im already spreading the word of Find my car!! Ill be a repeat customer from now on.

The car was all touched up and sparkling , smelling great with a full valet inside & as I drove away they had even taken the time to fully charge the vehicle so I could go out for the day with my partner and really enjoy the new car experience
The handover was exemplary, explaining everything I needed to understand with the connection to Tesla these things can be difficult and let me tell you, you don’t want to have to sort that on your own - need experience here ! Well done guys what a service

I recently was involved in purchasing a car from these guys and couldn’t have picked a better company. Harry.S was the man I dealt with and what a legend he was from finding me my perfect car to then making sure I was happy with everything to the day dropping it off honestly couldn’t of made it any easier for me, did everything in his will to find me the right deal and the perfect car. Would 1000% recommend and ask for him.

Made buying a car stress free
I phone and spoke to Tom wasn’t sure what to expect but he was so understanding explaining everything step-by-step for me . I gave him some ideas what I wanted .
He got back to me with a few cars and photos . I wasn’t expecting a lovely choice. I pick my car and it was all ready in a few days . From start to finish made it so easy for me . Would recommend this company 100% . Thank you

The worst company in the world
The worst company in the world! Made me wait 3 weeks for an engine they didn’t even have! Told me they sent it out kept telling me to wait in and it will be there! Like an idiot I’ve sat in and waiting for an engine that never come, I tried to phone on multiple occasions only to be met with voicemail, I rang another number he answered and told me his boss and his son has been on holiday so while I’ve been sat getting frustrated they have took their self on holiday… had to wait for them to come back, only for them to say they don’t know where the engine is and I’ll have to get my money back in 3-5 working days so now I have to wait even longer without no engine and to even get my money to buy a proper one,
These people are messers!!!

Wouldn’t recommend ever since I bought…
Wouldn’t recommend ever since I bought the car had nothing but problems the radio that was in the car stopped working when I went to get it fixed the guy said he’d never seen something so dangerous before the wiring was horrible and said it was seconds away from setting on fire. I had to get a clutch not long after buying car and then had to get a new gearbox the chassis was very rusty and had holes in it when I first got the car it wouldn’t stop misfiring and there was just loads of problems all the way round. I’m very upset with the company after being told they were very good but obviously not.

I would like to just give a very positive review on Nathan. After recently getting my new car
Had two issues with it. Nathan was so helpful throughout his communication was amazing, he came down to Sheffield picked up the car got it sorted and brought it back for me. One of the issues wasn’t covered on warranty but he got me assistance to not have to suffer paying the full price alone, which was such a huge huge help for me. I honestly appreciate such great customer service and support. And he surely had good people skills and deals with clients in such a professional and respectful manner. He surely has been amazing I don’t regret choosing find my car to get my car.
