Less happy
I have been a customer for many years but since you have moved your sales platform, I am less happy because I now have to order 250 capsules to qualify for free postage.
This amount will last me 3 months and by that time will coffee still be fresh?

Unfortunately, due to the increase in courier postage fees, we have had to increase the minimum free delivery threshold. We believe this is more fair than charging a flat fee on all orders or increasing our coffee prices.
Don't worry the coffee will still be fresh after 3 months!

Coffee fine but delivery was not straightforward.
I order regularly and assume you have my post code but for some unknown reason the wrong post code was on the order- twice! It took longer to deliver!
