Zero customer service.. Avoid!
This company uses DHL to deliver larger orders. DHL are always useless and lie about delivering or trying to deliver. I selected one of their DHL service points... The website tracking never updated, the phone system says it was delivered, I had to ask a service rep for the pickup code as it was never sent. I went to the supposed service point who said that they WEREN'T a service point! Rang DHL who have no idea where it went!
Meanwhile two emails to fine coffee club have had zero response, not even an acknowledgement. Extremely poor customer service
I'm starting a charge back on my credit card to recover the funds... Be warned!
