I don't know you and you don't have permission to take money out of my account

Terrible, I ordered the "free" samples, they charged me a couple days later for a full order costing $100. They didn't even send me the correct order it was just more samples. Finally they refunded my money but a couple weeks later I got the same auto-order! This company absolutely sucks, they try their hardest to scam you into subscriptions.

I ordered a samples, days later I got a charged for a purchase I didn’t make. They are deceptive they do not let you know when you are getting a sample you are subscribing to their product.

I ordered what I believed was a simple trial offer after seeing an advertisement promising a low-risk way to test the product. The ordering process made it seem straightforward, but shortly afterward I noticed additional charges that I never intended to authorize. What was supposed to be a small trial purchase turned into an expensive and frustrating experience.

The product itself did not provide any noticeable improvement in focus, energy, or productivity despite following the recommended usage instructions. The bigger issue, however, was trying to get assistance. Customer support was extremely difficult to reach, and when I finally received a response, my concerns about the charges and subscription were not properly addressed.

I felt misled by the marketing and disappointed by the lack of transparency. Customers should clearly understand what they are signing up for before any recurring payments are processed. Between the unexpected billing, poor communication, and underwhelming results, this has been one of the most frustrating online purchases I've made. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

This company is a scam! First off the product is useless! Does absolutely nothing for you! Next, I ordered a free sample then a week later was charged 90 bucks!!! And they won't refund it!! Do not do it!!!

First off they took my money never sent my product. I never signed up for a subscription either but yet today they decided they want to charge me as if I was . Customer service is a joke took a week to reply to resend product but never have answered me . This company is joke . They are stealing money and no one can get in touch with them to give it back so there's that

TERRIBLE! I should have read reviews beforehand, but that was my mistake. I ordered samples of f'ing focus and f'ing clarity. I got a shipping notification a couple days later. Waited a few days to check the tracking number and the post office never received the package. I reached out to them at least 7 times. They'd ask for my order number to check then went quiet. I finally ended up disputing the charge with my bank and got refunded. Do not waste your money.

Ordered samples canceled subscription on the 1st and was changed $70 a week later. Emailed and all they said was it was already processed. It didnt help my daughter.

This place and the supplements are a joke! They don’t work and will make you sick. Then you let them know for a refund and you can’t get one because you got a “free” sample which they automatically sign you up for a subscription without your knowledge so your locked in and they are stealing money from you because they said you should have know it was a subscription. Then you have a HIDDEN account that you know nothing about and have no access to until the send you a link to cancel the subscription BUT they still charge you even after it’s cancelled! I can’t wait for the day I see them being sued! BEWARE of this company

SCAM!!! I paid for the “free samples” that were shipped back to the sender. Then I got an email that a subscription I never signed up for had shipped. The same thing happened to this order. They are shipping the “products” back to themselves!

I couldn't really tell a difference when I tried the 4 sample supplements that I ordered, so good thing my sample order automatically subscribed me to their subscription service without me realizing so that I could try the product for longer.

I tried to reach out the first time I realized I was subscribed to their service and I was told it was too late to cancel.

I still haven't tried the product too much, as every time I take one for the day I seem to have stomach issues or generally am abnormally irritable, as well as actually experiencing a harder time focusing and being even more scatter brained.

With that being said, I thought I cancelled my subscription a few weeks ago again, and then received another email that my order was getting ready to ship.

I immediately emailed back and asked them to cancel, stating I believed I already cancelled on my end.

I was told there was nothing that could be done but NOW my subscription was getting cancelled.

Reading through their terms and refund policy, this company just seems like it's trying to trap you into a costly subscription service without a decent product that's even the slightest bit worth it.

Terrible, SCAM of a company. I ordered 2 “free” samples by paying $4.99 in shipping. Almost 2 wks had gone by and still hadn’t received them. First I called the post office, only to find that only a tracking # had been created, no order ever shipped. I went looking online for a customer service phone #. THAT is when I came across other customer’s complaints saying they automatically sign you up for a subscription. To even get to your own account, they have to email you a link, which was confusing enough, but sure enough, there it was, TWO subscriptions for this junk. The ONLY customer service they even have is a live chat that never responds, and no where to cancel these subscriptions. Finally, I changed the days they would send out subscription and out of no where, a cancel subscription option appeared. SHADY AF, STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Didn't do anything, and they didn't give me the 150 samples I ordered. I only got 2. Sketchy company

This place is horrible I payed for three day shipping it’s been 11 days I haven’t got my order wow at this point just give me my money back I don’t need your focus !!!

Fuxjing scammers just made me pay for $27???? I didn’t even order anything since the “free ($5) trial” which hasn’t even arrived yet by the way and was ordered only a week ago… scammers!!!

F’in Focus is advertised as the “greatest” product that helps you focus and get things done — but it does absolutely nothing. No focus, no energy, no results.

On top of that, watch your charges closely. They start billing a subscription fee as soon as the product ships, before you even receive it, even if you specifically did not select auto-renewal.

Despite never signing up for a subscription and canceling immediately once I noticed, they continue attempting to charge my card a $30 renewal fee.

I did not sign up for a subscription but they continue to charge my card. They confirmed they canceled my unwanted subscription only to be charged again this month.

This company was once trustworthy. Now their customer service disappeared, they scam people requesting samples into expensive orders that were not part of the deal before, their items don't show up half the time and THEY HAVE MADE IT LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION.

BE SAFE AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM F'ING SUPPLEMENTS.

Fraudes, dont ,they will try to steal your money

DONT USE ! They made me so sick terrible headache nausea for days after taking ! From what I’ve read I’m not the only person this has happened to, my PCP said not to take these things. I’m shocked they are still in business!
