Looks lovely and modern in my marble fireplace. Exactly what I wanted

I love it. The design is clean and modern and has transformed my fire surround. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing but the price was good and it gives off plenty of heat. There is a thermostatic control which will help keep the bills down. I am very pleased with this purchase.

This is a lovely looking electric fire. It is unfortunately too big for our fireplace and so I have had to return it. Fireplace world were fantastic. They picked up the order and refunded it a week later. Would definitely recommend using them.

Lovely fire, realistic looking coal. Fits perfectly into my surround

Good fire but does not come with gold trim as per photo which is disappointing as part of look we were going for

Fire is great; instructions are NOT gret, which lost a star on the review. Remember that plug-in electric fires can be fitted by DIYers, who are not as familiar with doing this as electricians, so need proper instructions.
