Perfect fireplace. Purchased for new home / house renovation so haven't plugged in yet but taken it out of box - fits perfectly and the 'fake chimney spout' looks perfect and fantastic quality. Would highly recommend to anyone from exactly what's on website (looks like pictures shown) & quick . delivery . Wouldn't buy from anywhere else now

purchased a tv back board from the company recently and it was easy to order and delivery was prompt. the only criticism i would have is there is a limited choice of colour/finish available. that however did not effect the companies performance from sales to delivery.

Really quick delivery. Instructions to put 2 parts together were not in the Instruction booklet as it was quite generic but I worked it out. Product was good and looks great in living room.

Kept informed throughout regarding delivery date and time also name of delivery company and driver very pleasant, friendly chap, lovely bioethenal stove, well made works beautiful, overall an excellent service from order to delivery, thanks fireplace world,will highly recommend to all.

Ordered an Electric Stove looking fire. Arrived promptly, Installed and all OK until 2 days later it started a clicking noise. Fireplace World were brilliant. Offered to collect and full refund or replace an collect. I went with later and they organised everything. New one in and is working perfectly.
