Tried to deliver x times
The actual item was sent in time and have no problem with that, they are using DX express service and I've tried to contact it many times, specified to leave item at front door on own risk. They trying to redeliver now multiple times for an item worth 20 quid which you you need to signature for. It's not worth in real world to take a day off for delivery. Company sent shipment fast, be aware of delivery, if you have time to take off and take it in, splendid, otherwise DX you can reschedule Mon-Fri. Not worth it then. Sorry, but unless you sort out delivery options, espacially, when right instructions given, the rating won't change.

I ordered some ramps on the 14th May…
I ordered some ramps on the 14th May online. Though the site suggested they were in stock they weren’t. I was told they would be available at the end of May at which time they would be sent to me. On the 3rd June I’d heard nor received anything so I chased again. Tasha told me they would be sent out that day. Now the 9th June and I’m still chasing!
I don’t understand how this company gets such a high rating. I’ve bought other things several times and more often than not there have been delays in receiving my orders. Not the service I will suffer again. Poor.

The X-Sense products are amazing!!
The products are amazing, I now have a base station in my dining room, a heat detector rather than a smoke detector in my garage where, I do my Woodturning, because the dust would cause a smoke detector to set off a false alarm. I also now have a water detector on the floor underneath kitchen units underneath the sink area where there was a leak from the connections to a Quooker tap and my American style fridge freezer plus, I have one under the shower which I have just re sealed because, it also had a leak which, penetrated the ceiling and ran down the lounge wall. As we have just redecorated the lounge in its entirety I don’t want it to happen again. The water alarm under the sink was triggered which also triggered the base station and the heat detector and produced a fantastic alarm so, I am more that relieved to say it works perfectly. One last thing, I have bought another base station, water alarm and smoke detector as a gift for my brother who’s workshop set on fire damaging various machines, equipment and products which were his livelihood. He will be getting new machines, equipment and products but this time he will be alerted much sooner because the X-Sense system sends alerts to your phone wherever you are in the event the system is triggered.
