Fire Risk Assessment (Scotland) Ltd Opiniones

Efficient, helpful and good in communication.

Fast, efficient, accurate service.
If only all companies operated like this!

Paul was brilliant! He understood the urgency off requirement off the EWS1 form as our seller was looking to pull out due to how long the process was taken.
Solicitor didn’t know what to do and neither our broker knew who to contact as this was a new form that lenders needed apparently.
Got the number from the lender and spoke to Paul right away.
I told Paul the lender wouldn’t approve our mortgage application until we had this form, told Paul about 2pm and I got the form by 9 that night and he gave me an explanation to show my solicitor and broker, put me right at ease and now I have the keys to my first family home.
Thanks Paul!

Cheers Paul!
Highly recommend

Me and my partner required an EWS1 form to help sell our apartment and Paul was really quick and helpful in helping us with this. Very efficient and also very friendly.

Very quick service, clear and quick communication. Provided the documentation I needed promptly and allowed me to move forward with sale of my property.

Really fast efficient service to ensure that we were in a position timeline wise to proceed with selling our property - much appreciated.

Really excellent and efficient service. We required some information for a remortgage application and these guys were super efficient. Highly recommend.

Paul and his team were nothing but first class, very professional throughout the process of obtaining an EWS1 certificate, cannot thank them enough!

Good to deal with Fire Risk Assessment (Scotland) who were very helpful in dealing with our time-critical request. A quick and easy service, delivered as promised.

Paul is an expert in his field and came highly regarded. I found him to be exactly that. Professional, thorough and a gentleman throughout. EWS1 puts the fear of god through property owners - Paul Nelis is the saviour you need! Can’t thank him enough.

Paul provided a very fair quote for providing an EWS1 form for my flat, following up with the form very soon after. Some quotes I received for the form were in excess of twice that charged by Paul. Great service - highly recommend.

Paul from Fire Risk Assessment Ltd came highly recommended to me and I must say that I have been very impressed with the level of service.
They were prompt in responding to my initial enquiry and efficient in supplying me with my required EWS1 Form and Insurance Documentation.
Everything has been dealt with in a timely and efficient manner and I found their costs to be reasonable compared to other companies.
I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them in the future.

We really appreciated the quick turnaround of the service provided by Paul. We required an ESW1 certificate for our lender. Very fair price.

Very professional, surveyor carried out the requested inspection quickly and at very short notice despite obviously being very busy. EWS1 and other documents were sent out in a similar manner. Questions regarding requirements and current legislation that i had were answered and additional information to help provided. Knowledgeable, professional, very helpful and friendly sums up perfectly.
Thank you.
