Fire Risk Assessment (Scotland) Ltd Opiniones

Prompt response when first approached and took time to explain the requirements of the inspection and relevant forms. Completed the inspection and subsequent forms very efficiently and maintained regular contact throughout.

Have just used this fantastic company to carry out an EWS1 form for my flat after a recent survey found some cladding on the building. After fearing the worst on reading online about how long and how expensive this process would be all my fears were eased as soon as I made contacted with Paul and his team. A quick turnaround and was kept fully updated on the process which literally took a week at most.
Professional, courteous and a real pleasure to deal with.
Do not hesitate to use this company.
Thanks again!

Paul was quick with communication and explained everything without having to ask. He also mentioned potential future costs and requests from some lenders regarding ESW1 form. I'm very glad we were recommended Paul to sort this out it was so simple to do.

Good communication by Paul and a very professional service. Would recommend using Fire Risk Assessment (Scotland) Ltd.

I was new to the requirements of the EWS1 so was unsure on how to proceed

Paul contacted me quickly following enquiries to my estate agent and he booked me in

The survey was completed exactly when said which I find very refreshing based on past experiences by other organisations

I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Paul and his company

Paul was very informative and always answered any queries promptly and in good detail. He conducted the required survey on my property and concluded the corresponding reports efficiently. Overall a very happy experience.

Well organised and efficient service. I was given a date of W/c 21 June and Paul exceeded expectations by managing to do the report at the start of the week.

Do not panic if you have to get a survey - Paul explained on a seminar with Waterman’s legal that many inspections are not invasive. He has metal detectors and often tiny probes can be used. Seminar is well worth a watch and the inspection set my mind at ease about my flat sale running in to issues. The seminar is well worth a watch.

My survey proved to be straight forward. Thank you Paul for such a well run service.
