All the staff at First4cars were very helpful. They have a large selection of cars, we were immediately allowed to test drive the car of our choice. Any questions we had about the car were answered promptly and efficiently. We purchased a Citreon C4 and the sale was handled efficiently. We were able to pick up thd car two days later. Very happy with our experience and delighted with the car.

The easiest car buying experience we have ever had. From start to finish through the process Ben was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and he was a pleasure to do business with. We would not hesitate to use First4Cars again and would recommend Ben and the whole company to anyone. Ten out of ten for customer service and we have never been able to say that before when purchasing a car!

Really great service from start to finish. No pressure or flashy sales techniques. Car exactly as described and given a 12 month MOT with no advisories prior to receipt. A very refreshing and enjoyable car buying experience.

Above and beyond
Amazing customer service, Ben went above and beyond to help purchase our new car no detail was left out what really stood out to us is the fact we couldn’t drive away the same day Ben ensured us even tho the car had been fully checked and was more or less good to go just needed valeting they redo all inspections and take the car on a test drive to ensure the car was fully up to standard and in full working order before it leaves gave us more confidence in our purchase other than the drive away same day shows the care and pride they put into every sale!
Thanks again Ben all to all the mechanics and valeting team!
