QUICK, EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL
Running a London based property management company, time and money are of the essence. In my dealings with First Serve UK, more specifically Abdul Azeez was a real surprise. Very quick to respond, highlighting the issue and suggesting repair options. They were very flexible with timings and have a good understanding of expensive of appliances. I would highly recommend their service to everyone.

Great service, Ismael is friendly, polite and knows what he’s doing, our washing machine is back in action, can’t manage without it! Worth the call out fee. We highly recommend.

I had a really amazing experience using First Serve a couple of weeks ago - I booked a slot for the next morning, Abdul Azeez arrived on time and fixed the problem within half an hour! I couldn't have asked for a better service. I will definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Great and quick service
Great and quick service. They were very efficient. It’s easy to book an online appointment for next day. Engineer came on time and could fix issue in no time. Reasonably priced as well. Would call them again anytime.

Outstanding service.
Ismael and Abdul aziz carry out a fantastic and efficient service. I have used them twice and both times they have repaired the issues with minimum fuss and great value prices. I recommend them to everybody.
