Mainly positive but some questions were repetative which did become sligjtly annoying because it unnecessrily prolongued the process. This was fed back at the time and I made it clear it wasnt a criticism of the person asking the questions.

I would highly recommend this company. They discuss all your financial/insurance options with you. What's best for you as the customer matters. We received excellent customer service from our Advisor.
