Terrible customer service

When I called for help to resolve an issue they put me on hold and forwarded my call to US Bank. Neither US bank nor Fiserv have helped me to find this missing $2785.51

Awful experience - do not use these people!

These guys state they are Lloyds Cardnet - they have taken money and not paid it out.

I attempted to complain via their contact on the FCA register, guess what - bounce back on that email!

Still waiting for my money, get no where calling them

WARNING: BEWARE OF DECEITFUL COMPANY OPERATIONS! Initially, they lured me into their trap with empty promises of energy price discounts, only to shackle me into a contract for 3 unnecessary card machines. To sever ties with these unused devices, an outrageous fee of £3000 was demanded, highlighting the extent of their scam targeting the unsuspecting.

The experience was an eye-opener, especially given its occurrence in the UK, alerting me to the disturbing truth that such fraudulent operations are legally conducted worldwide, including England. This cautionary tale serves as a stark reminder of the importance of staying vigilant and well-informed, to avoid becoming ensnared in similar deceptive schemes.

EYE-OPENING REALIZATION ABOUT FRAUDULENT PRACTICES: This company's dishonesty was further revealed when, following my reviews that exposed their fraudulent practices, I was contacted by the fraudster himself. Their schemes to deceive continue unchecked; in a shocking twist, they forced me to send an email falsely stating my satisfaction with their services. This bizarre requirement was presented as a way to cancel the agreement with Clover—truly a joke in the face of integrity.

No backup, broken promisses

I don't know whether the company is legitimate or not. A very pushy salesman came in and sold me a Clover terminal and promised (in writing) to give notice to and buy out my previous contract. That was 2 months ago, I am still waiting for them to finish setting up the terminal and I'm still getting bills from my old provider. I have been trying to contact them but nobody answers the phone or responds to email.

Completely mis-sold a terminal from…

Completely mis-sold a terminal from Fiserv. Got a machine that didn't meet the requirements of our business. Customer service has been useless.
After 2 years, they want a termination fee of £787 and us to return the machine.
Avoid these rip-off merchants at all costs.

*Update: After asking for all my details, they have done absolutely nothing to help - customer service still non-existent.

Worst costumer service ever they are…

Worst costumer service ever they are only nice and helpful at first once they sell you the pos system you’re %100 screwed and this worker they have called Carlos Centeno from the risk department makes me wait for hours then once I ask him questions he will hangs up on me so disrespectful and rude this peoples are shady about there fee lots of hidden fees they will hold your money for no reason also cancelling your account without notification or explanation please stay away if there is away to give 0 stars I will do because they don’t even deserve the 1 star I give clover is powered buy fiserv

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. They are linked with Clover. Boy I wish someone had warned me. They canceled my account with no notice. Their risk department has no phone number. So basically they can just cancel you and you can do nothing about it. Called customer service no help. Was hung up on so many more times then I can count. All I wanted was answers and to know what my next steps are. No help at all and still no answers or help on what to do with my equipment. They are beyond rude when you do speak to them and say they do not have to explain anything to you. Excuse me I am a merchant and consumer of your products. Without us as customers, you have no business. This company should not be in business with the way they treat their merchants.

Be Aware Of My Issue With Fiserv

I opened two accounts in 2015. The merchant fees charges at Fiserv were great. They really deserve a 5 star review. However, I just discovered I was being billed for fees for the closed account I cancelled in May of 2016. The monthly fees that continued to be billed cost $77.34 for 82 months. Iris, a rep who took my call today, informed me of this news. She kindly canceled that dormit account and is submitting on my behalf a request for a refund consideration to their finance department. I will update everyone reading this post as soon as I hear back from Fiserv's Finance Department. What I find perplexing is why they did not cancel the account when I originally called in May of 2016 or why my rep of 8 years never asked or questioned that dormit account. Please stay tuned for the outcome.
Time has passed and Fiserv responded indicating they would only refund 3 months worth of bills out of 82. Since Bank of America was the original billing party up to (I believe) 2018, Fiserv says their notes do not reflect the calls I would have made in 2016. They said they can not be wholly to blame and that I would have to resolve the other 79 months with BOA. I do understand and will pursue the remainder credit with BOA. Since they were not able to conduct a deep dive into my credit with BOA, a relationship they shared, I feel 3 months credit does not make it whole with me. Sorry guys but it would have been appreciated if Fiserv contact BOA on my behalf and vendicate me on this huge billing error.

great system but not worth the billing hustles.

POS system is amazing with tools both for reporting and efficiency of service.

HOWEVER..... upon requesting to change legal entity of our systems ( mentioned to our sales rep this would need to happen ) we are being billed both sides and overcharged. Spent too much time on the phone with the guys trying to figure it out with no real help or willingness to resolve. Plenty of hidden fees and crazy expensive being tied up to a 4 year contract. Overall i believe for the price of the overall use of these systems is off the roof.

Bear in mind, this is the first ever review i have ever made for any company , restaurant, or purchase, EVER., just fed up .

I did not enjoy my experience with this…

I did not enjoy my experience with this system. The staff that operate some of the calls is what lets the company down. I got transferred 4 times. For a simple change in name on a letter, that they got wrong

The card machine stopped working,I was informed after three weeks that DNA purchased the company,they did not inform me now I am told by fiserv clover that I have to continue paying a service charge even though the machine is not repairable

Very happy.

We dealt with Neil Chick and he was great.
He was Very professional and went through it all.
He then came and helped us set it up in the salon.
Wound definitely recommend Neil and Clover.
By switching saved us money

joined Clover, Reading that it was a good company to be with. I had a man called called Jamie to come into my new Café convinced me to go with them for 12 months got me to sign on the dotted line,!!! I had to cancel it as the business was wasn’t doing too well, 12 months later. They told me I signed up for 48 months with no proof of my signature, and now I’ve got a pay three years rent and cancellation fee of £350. What a rip off anybody reading this keep !!! well away you be warned scam as they tell you it’s for 1 year and the contract is for 48 months it’s your word against theirs because they can’t even prove my signature keep well away

Spent four weeks trying to negotiate a deal. Had to chase every single step of the way. Gave up in the end and went with someone else.

Don’t waste your time trying to sort a contract. They don’t care.

Great customer service from Adam

Great customer service from Adam. Very polite and helpful when setting up our terminals. Adam helped us from the beginning and ensured we were set up and ready to start using our terminals. He talked us through the set up and what we can change etc on the go.

clover have been an absolute nightmare

this company has been the absolute worst i have experienced.
i cancelled the account with them as supplied me with an out of date terminal which constantly failed . when i tried to return faulty terminal was constantly fobbed off
the guy i signed up with reassured me i could cancel the deal with 1 month notice , but when i tried by email and phone call was told i have to pay then £700 to terminate contract as leasing a terminal that was very dated and constantly failing , would not recommend this company
