It is a terrible system for paying bills that is not customer friendly, filled with extra steps, and will not allow you to disengage from it. I quit using it after the first bill cycle. Plus they have... Ver más

STAY AWAY

We have been a customer of RBS Lynk, WorldPay and now FIS Global since 2005.

The customer service and the virtual terminal were great when it was RBS Lynk & WorldPay. They were very nice over the phone and such.

We have been using the OmniFlex FIS Global Virtual Terminal since 04/01/21 and today 04/06/21 we had an error on one of our transactions (charged $12.84 instead of $128.40) - so called into the merchant help line. The 2nd Level tech support person was lost on how to edit a transaction that was put in (our fault) incorrectly.

I explained to him that for the past 15 years editing a transaction did not require any real effort - he said to me directly "well thats the system we have now [..] deal with it."

I started to chuckle and said "okay sir - you have a great day" and without any warning or a goodbye he just hung up the phone.

Thank you so much for opening our eyes to your bad customer service - we are going to just move onto another merchant processor.

Scam artists at their best.

The autorenewal forms part of your terms and conditions and is detailed within schedule 5, we’d be under no obligation to send any additional notifications in relation to this.

Scammed £4800 out of a pharmacy business. Shame on them.

Steer clear of FISG you are just a number to them.

We run a medium sized business providing on-site courses and training and accommodation. We have weathered the last 12 months of Pandemic with no help from anyone and kept our heads above water by diversifying, kept the banks in the black and employees paid. Enter stage FIS Global (was Worldpay) three weeks ago questioning why our card payment levels had dropped off (what planet are they on??) and asking for financial information, personal bank details, and a two page list of other info - not easy in a Pandemic. I provided what I could only to get a 2 month termination letter today - Apparently we are a bad risk (ha ha ha - seriously - no chargebacks in 10 years and never missed a payment) - If I could register a ZERO here I would. Never mind - As John Lydon once sang (edited) 'Goodbye FIS Global....hello Cardnet' - Steer clear of FISG you are just a number to them.

So this is where WorldPay is going to…

So this is where WorldPay is going to hide? They had better reviews before changing to fisglobal? Bad move for world wide card company.
Every year a bad experience. This year 2020 they shut off my terminal due to incompatibility with a software update that they knew would stop my paid for service. Best part was they did it on Christmas week and no one in their tech dept knew why the problem till days of calling only to find out my benefit force being customer for many year was they didn’t bother to give me heads up when turning off all older terminals.
Then since Christmas week my replacement terminal that took till Christmas to even get tech to figure out I needed a new one, lost in Fedex land never to show up.
Now that it’s next year and weeks past I can call to get a replacement all over again.
If you want go out if business call these guys/girls!!

The worst company card ever

The worst company card ever. All of sudden I stopped Receiving Notifications for my card balance charges etc. then I emailed the company multiple times and text and called to no avail it’s been like this for about a month and haven’t been contacted one time. The worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with in my life.

Every program that this company offers…

Every program that this company offers is CRAP. Applications go down suddenly, duplicate transactions posting on clients accounts, random transactions post to their accounts, can't research transactions because they don't even show up, clients are forced to change their PIN after setting their PIN when they activate, the program is not user friendly, there's minimal training information, random transactions are denied even though they were just fine before PaymentsOne took over. All our clients are mad at us (as the bank) even though none of it is within our control. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE JUST FIX THIS?!

How a FISGlobal / Worldpay steals from a small retail gift store.

From since April, Worldpay has taken money from my checking account for my business. I was a customer of their's for almost 4 years with a small retail gift store. I closed my store and they continued to bill me and they refused to refund me for the two months they debited my account illegally. I've been calling the customer service team every week for over 3 months and they keep lying to me claiming that a) the refund was approved, b) they will be checking on status with the CloseAccount department, c) I will receive updated communication on the status. However, day after day they do not refund the money and I've absorbed overdraft and low balance fees from my bank. The customer service people seemed to be trained to lie or they hope I will go away. However, in the pandemic I closed the business because it failed and I've no money and desparately need the stolen money returned. They seem to be hoping that I will go away but I will not. I am looking for the right state body to report this company to. If ANY BUSINESS OUT THERE SEES THIS AND IS CONSIDERING USING WORLDPAY AS THEIR PAYMENT PROCESSOR, DON'T!! USE CHASE PAYMENTECH OR American Express, THEY WON'T STILL FROM YOU OR GIVE YOU LYING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REFUSED TO LET YOU SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR. IF ANY Worldpay senior people see this, go research reference #18617546.

expecting a case # for access is crap

Maybe expecting a case # for access to account info with the 16 numbers on user card is meant to keep people from corrections to their accounts and to block purchases. Thx a f*** of a lot for that.
