F&P’s engineer Chris arrived on time, was very pleasant in his approach, very professional in conduct and completed the repair effectively and efficiently. He gave some very useful advice on how to get the best out of the machine and keep it in good order. He even made a few adjustments to ensure smooth and silent running. A very satisfactory visit and a credit to the company. Well worth the 5* rating.

Robin diagnosed the fault and was able to do the repair immediately. He was both efficient and friendly. These are premium products and the service centre and engineer's approach reflected that.

The five stars are for Ash, the engineer from F&P. He has gone above and beyond, is professional and polite whilst also being friendly. Someone who actually cares about doing a good job for the client. He is the only reason that any of our problems have been resolved. He is unfortunately not backed up by their customer service team who on two separate occasions have told us that a part isn’t available only for Ash to then find one!! If you are having a problem I can only hope that Ash is your engineer! If not good luck!!

Second time Ash has been out to us, both times user error causing the issue rather than the fridge itself. Ash went above and beyond to ensure a part arrives ahead of the bank holiday weekend; he was tireless in finding a solution and made sure everything was in train before leaving. Properly professional and friendly customer service, really impressive.

We purchased a new Fisher & Paykel fridge freezer from John Lewis which was delivered direct from Fisher & Paykel warehouse.
The delivery men, Chris & Andrew were excellent, very professional and friendly all went very smoothly.

Fisher and Paykel do not stand behind their products and they are junk! We purchased the Dual Fuel 48" range with Griddle in 2022 and it has broken down and been unusable on 3 separate occasions for weeks at a time. We replaced the board 2 years ago to the tune of $1000 and it already needs to be replaced again. After contacting Fisher Paykel multiple times, they do nothing to stand by their product, and will not even send us a new board even though we have had this same problem multiple times. I will have to again spend $1200 to replace the board in order to have a usable oven. I do not expect to have these kinds of problems after spending over 10k on an appliance. Customer service told me that even though I had this same problem on 3 separate occasions, since the last board is over 2 years old--it is out of warranty. So, rather than fix whatever issue, they are having with their boards, I can expect to pay $1k every couple of years to replace the board? They clearly do not care about their customers and I will never purchase another product from them.

Robin from Fisher and Paykel quickly and competently solved our fridge problem He was very calm and polite and soon found what needed to be done.We would thoroughly recommend this chap who arrived and left with a smile on his face and left us very happy.
