"Cannot ship to [your state.]"
This company lists many items as "out of stock" when they don't have them. But, they also do a sneaky thing, which I suspect is deceptively designed to have some of their items picked up as the cheapest around on Google Shopping, namely:
They list an item as in stock at a ridiculously low price, entrap you into going through the buy process, then when you go to shipping, it says "cannot ship to [e.g.] Pennsylvania." I called to ask WTF, and the girl said "it just means they aren't in stock to ship."
I accidentally ordered the wrong color…
I accidentally ordered the wrong color of Hokas for a gift. I wasn’t sure how to return them and order the correct ones. I emailed the Fit2run and received back a condescending response about how to return the shoes! I spent $30+ in FedEx cost to return them! They’ve been sitting there for almost a week and I still haven’t received the refund on my credit card! I contacted them again today and I had to jump through hoops to provide Fit2Run my return information to prove that they were in fact returned and sitting there for 5 days now and I still don’t have a refund! They play a lot of back and forth email games with their customers and it’s frustrating and ridiculous that the customer has to do THEIR JOB for them! I will never do business with them again! Still waiting until they decide to refund me back on my credit card! Very poor customer service and return process!
Mislabeled or seconds??
I would argue company is selling “seconds” or mislabeled shoes! I have a pair of ASICS from the ASICS store, size 10.5 and they fit great. Ordered an 11 from Fit2Run and they are too tight and small! I wore them for a week to confirm they were mid-sized. After contacting company, no exchange was available and I couldn’t return them without tags, and new condition (unworn.)
I should have known better when their price was 25% less than any competitor!

No return shipping
Be advised that this company does not offer free returns or a discounted return label - you must pay out of pocket to ship back to them. It cost me $45 for the cheapest ground shipping and a box to return $130 shoes. Will not order from them again solely for that reason.
Great Customer Service
I purchased the wrong size and the company was very supportive in helping me figure out the return process. As it is a smaller company, there were some extra steps that I was happy to take as I would rather return my shoes than have the wrong size. The customer service agent Louie went above and beyond to support me via email exchange back and forth, all in one day.

These are NOT THE REAL DEAL! I ordered my usual ASICS gel kayano 29. The last 3 pairs are obviously from the outlet. So upset. My insoles that fit my other full price in another store do not fit and I can feel the gap at the end of my shoe. Sadly it’s too late to return my new pair in the box and I have 3 pairs of useless shoes. Trying to leave a review on line.!? Impossible … probably a reason for that. Do not waste your money. My plantar is on FIRE
This company SUCKS
This company SUCKS. I ordered shoes from them and waited and waited only to then find out from customer service that they weren't in stock. A nice, fully misleading website. So they offer a refund, and in my correspondence, I ask what shoes ARE in stock and immediately (within an hour) order that pair. Here we are a week later, NO shipment. Don't bother going in the store, the staff don't care how long you wait around. They're lazy, clueless and like the website/ecommerce experience, terrible.
This company is a joke
This company is a joke. Order two pairs of running shoes and only receive one. I called to let them know and haven’t heard back from them. It’s been over three weeks. I will never order from them again
SCAM-The shoes will be "out of stock"
I placed an order in June of 2023 (never got the shoes and they said they were out of stock). I ordered the EXACT SAME shoes Aug 2024 surprised they had them back in stock. Again...no shoes arrive. I call and they say the exact same thing they did the year before "There is something wrong with their inventory but those are not in stock". I said, "well that's interesting because after I made the purchase, I went on the website and I was not able to order them (assuming I got the last pairs of them both)...BUT, I am on the website now, and as we speak, and there are BOTH of the pairs of shoes I ordered in 2023 and now again in 2024 and it's allowing me to buy them." The lady said "Let me get with our web devlopers now". Yeah....okay. This place is a joke...and a scam.
Fit2Run…Another horrible experience
Do not buy the club membership as they will tell you that you can wear them for 30 days and for any reason you can bring them back for a different pair. When I went to use the warranty part of the membership I bought, the manager said they the Store Manager has the final say and the Store Manager can refuse to exchange shoes that where purchased 3 weeks ago and I have a club membership. Customer service is one of the worst in the business and forget about call and trying to talk to someone, that don’t even list a phone number on their web site.
Received Not As Described Item
Awful customer service, ordered a pair of Asics Superblast 2 Paris online, received a pair of Asics Novablast 4 Paris and I've been unable to get any reply from their customer service. It has been nearly a week since I've contacted them both per phone call and e-mail. Do not order from them. Going to wait a few more days until I dispute the charge with my credit card.
There is NO customer service!
I ordered 2 items, was charged for 2 items, but only one came. When I called to get this issue rectified, there was no answer. I called at 3pm and I held on the line for over an hour. No one answered, so I sent an email request for a refund for the missing item. 3 days later, there is still no response. I am now attempting to text to solve this issue. Honestly, it should NOT be this difficult to solve a problem like this with a business.
Charged for Out of Stock Item without Refund
Received an email days after order was placed later saying that the item is out of stock and I was able to order due to a technical error. They asked if I wanted a refund or exchange. They did not respond to 4 follow up emails and I could not get through to customer service on their corporate line. I ended up having to dispute the transaction with my credit card.
Never received order
Placed several orders through this retailer. First few orders were good. On two of my most recent orders, one order for 2 pairs of On Cloudrunner Sneakers I only received one pair and on the second order for 2 pairs of On Cloudrunner Sneakers I did not receive either pair. They had tracking that showed proof of delivery, but the order was never delivered to my address. There is no phone number to call and the company only responds with fake tracking information to show that the items ordered were supposedly delivered. They don't even try to respond to make it right or give a refund. Horrible customer service. Stay away unless you want to deal with not receiving your order. I will never order from them again!
Outstanding!
I ordered the ASICS nova last 3 cause it was on sale and was worried about it not being in stock due to it being an older shoe. So I called to make sure they had it and I was on hold for 20 min which is understandable it seems like a smaller company. I then spoke with Minivera who was extremely helpful and made sure that my order was on my way THAT NIGHT. She was very pleasant to talk to and even helped me pick out the color! Very talkative and genuine when speaking to her. Highly recommend to others!!!
Scam
Scam! Placed several orders within days and later received emails that all items are out of stock. Waiting to see whether credit has been given. Can’t reach anyone and system to track orders is always down.

I Lucked Out and Got A Great Deal
I purchased a pair of Women's Asics TriNoosa 15 on July 17th. They arrived on my doorstep July 19th. At the time of purchase, Fit2Run gave me an additional $10 off the already reduced price. The Asics tag was in the box but cut off from the shoes hence the reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars. I did not see all the negative reviews until after my purchase but my own experience with this company was a positive one.
Avoid!
Ordered shoes for delivery to my home. They were delivered to the wrong address. They did not respond to several requests to correct the delivery which was not received. No response. Avoid this retailer!
They deserve less than one
They deserve less than one. They told me that they will send the sneakers in 3-4 business days and it’s already passed a week and no updates. I was about to cancel it but they told me the above truth and nothing happened just to keep the purchase . I called them back and they told me to call FedEx. I called FedEx and couldn’t speak to anyone as there was no status on the delivery. It’s still in Orlando.
It’s the worst experience and they are damn cold not trying to help.
