Just tried to pay for one months membership at just over £39 but it has taken just over £59, which I did not agree too. Not happy and unable to contact them by phone to query this.

I specified my partner age preference, yet I'm still being bombarded with likes and messages from guys that are way too old for me. It creeps me out big time. Not having this as an app is also frust... Ver más

I wouldn't recommend this app. Between the dwindling membership numbers and the obsolete design, it has lost its value. The 'Fitness' branding also feels out of sync with the actual user base. If you'... Ver más

The Big Lie
This site is a complete sham, and the site Title is very very misleading.
There is nothing remotely fitnessy about the women on this site, with most being overweight, lying about their age and delusional about their level of looks.
I wrote a comment to their review department, which was meant by utter contempt.
They already have my 45 pounds, so they don't care.....
Please don't be fooled by the lie....don't join
They do not match you to anything you…
They do not match you to anything you share. Don’t bother. Distance, drinkers, smokers, faith, etc. Don’t bother. Also called Fitness Singles- the majority of pics show you fitness is not on their radar.
Don’t repeat my mistake
This is a very underhanded dating site that lures you in with outdated or false profiles. If you have any attraction to these fake or old profiles, you will be duped into sending a message that can not be received by an unsubscribed member. Yet, somehow the arrogant administration argues that it is legit to post these profiles, and they do not want to debate their tactics or business principles. Every negative review that I have read here is my experience also…just wish I read them before I was enticed by an attractive but inaccessible profile.
Well ive signed up but think its a scam…
Well ive signed up but think its a scam site.must have messaged 20 or so women not one reply.will cancel my payment.dont trust this site.not suprised its only been rated 1.3
Fitness Singles is a CON!
I'm a single male looking for a single female. I first tried Fitness Singles in 2021 and found the usual issues (people never reply, people put old photos up, people just put "email me to find out more" as their profile intro, people's definition of "fitness" is very loose - walking the dog is not fitness - unless you're walking up Ben Nevis?). I had paid for the 6 months membership and after only getting 2 dates (not a great return) where the reality didn't even match the profile, I gave it up.
Fast forward 2 years and still trying to find someone, I again signed up to Fitness Singles. And guess what? The same issues as before are still there. But also, the search results throw up other issues:
My only search criterion is limiting it to just a 25 miles distance. There are 134 pages listed in the results! As there are 36 profiles on each page that means a potential pool of 4,824 opportunities. Wow! Great! Surely even I must be able to find someone. But hold on:
(i) a 25 mile radius is an area of 1,923 square miles. 4,824 single women in that area means there are over 2 single women per square mile. However, 129 pages of those (or 4,644 profiles) haven't been active in over 3 weeks (which is the equivalent of not active at all on Fitness Singles"). Suddenly the pool is down to just 180 active users!!! Or the equivalent of 0.09 women per square mile - or 1 woman per 100 square miles. So, really, Fitness Singles is over inflating their opportunities.
(ii) at least 11 of these 180 have been active since 2021 (I know because I'd messaged them 2 years ago - with no replies of course - 🤨). So not a great advertisement for a dating site if they're still single after 2 years???!!!
Which brings me to another point - do women have to pay for membership? I ask because if they do, then those women still active on here for over 2 years must surely be questioning the value of paying for a site that doesn't deliver results?
Other so called features are dubious - I received an email yesterday at 11:01 to say that "so-and-so" had uploaded a new photo. At 19:20 I clicked to see the profile only to be greeted with "This member has hidden their profile or may no longer have a valid account with us."! Seriously?? Do Fitness Singles really expect me to believe that a member uploaded a new photo in the morning only to then hide/delete their profile that same day?
Also, today I received an email listing "New matches in your area". When I clicked on one of them, I got the same error message!! How can they be new today and gone in the space of a few hours?!!
Hmm, I'm smelling something and it ain't nice.
Don’t Bother- Interest in You is Fake
What a waste of time and money. I thought I was chatting with a “real” member… right up to the point they wanted to “continue” learning about each other off-site. Most profiles were likely set up for free… they express interest, but your replies will never be seen by them because they need to pay for membership first. I was foolish for subscribing and wish I had seen reviews here first. Hopefully, you see how worthless membership is before wasting hard earned money.
disappointed female
I'm female. I joined less than a month ago. The site sends you people who are not in your age range. Men show up that I've already had communication with. The emails are constant someone checked you out. That doesn't mean they're interested it just means you're a potential. Most men all say the same thing, I'm interested in you, lets chat. There aren't truly that many & I've read fewer women. The site is not user friendly meaning you have to work at doing simple things that are much easier on other sites. I'm very disappointed for the price. Had really hoped for something better.
There are simply too few "genuine"…
There are simply too few "genuine" members and by that I mean folks who have a fully paid up membership and therefore unable to actually communicate. Some of the profiles [ladies at least] are years old, some as much as ten years, and I suspect that the admin maintains them on the database simply to keep the numbers up.
As I've had a few weeks to familiarise myself with the site I have learnt about the above by watching how many of the messages I have sent are actually read and it may be as low as 10%; I assume that these are the only paid up members.
There are very few members in my area and a search will bring up lists of women well over 100 miles away, which simply isn't practical.
My personal opinion is that the site isn't a scam as such but it is a waste of your hard earned money so just don't bother. Many of the women are not exactly fit and active, which is the point, so my advive is to use a bigger and better website.
I joined this site a couple months ago…
I joined this site a couple months ago and it was clearly a waste of money. There are a pool of less than ten women in my area (in a large city!), and a new person shows up about once a month! Not enough users! And I wouldn’t doubt if half the girls are just on the site’s payroll. Don’t give these people your money!
Solo3000
Solo3000. I trialed this site for 24 hours in the Hope of connecting with decent men with a healthy, active & positive lifestyle. I had so many responses. 50% profiles looked like great men, the other 50% were very much the opposite. I could not reply to the possibility decent men and felt like I was teasing with my “like photo” option. I do not think there are many real women on this site, as most would be scared off by the many creepy men. I would like the men that I thought were nice (if they were real) to be careful. I am deleting my account.
If I could give it zero I would
If I could give it zero I would. A complete con, very few profiles and most out of date and not verified. I had a couple people contact me but they were fake profiles just after explicit pictures and catfishing. Very scary experience. I requested a refund after 1 week and was told it was my fault and I was using the site wrong as I was putting in too many search criteria.... well that is the point surely, to find someone you are compatible with! they said I should not touch any of the variables so I couldn't even request a non smoker!
American company so they just tell you tough luck, no refund!
Appalling - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Most ineffective dating app I have used
More than 90% of the matches sent to me are out of state. When I reached out to customer service to request a partial refund the response was not helpful and they would not consider such a request even though their software doesn't offer matches that are practical for local dating. While I understand it is difficult to vet out people who truly value fitness, the app misses on that account as well. Total waste of money for the Indiana market.
Fake profiles
Fake profiles. They have fake profiles email you to convince you you have women interested in you so you have to pay for a membership in order to read the emails. Then soon as you subscribe. No one emails you or responds . Just like everyone else saying in these reviews This website is a complete scam!
I am currently on it trying to get a…
I am currently on it trying to get a refund for my next two months . I call the customer service number they say everyday they are closed leave a message .no one has called me in days . My profile was generated by them I don’t know where they got all my information . If I hit interested immediately I got a text that said the same thing “ I am interested in getting to know you let’s chat . Most never got back . I gave cell number to a guy then got two nude photos he said now it’s your turn . All the men are from GA NC only two I saw from my area. I tried to find how to chance my location viewing there is no way . I want to get my next two months refunded but no one will reply back to my emails or phone calls . I do not recommend this dating site !!!!
.
Multiple fake profiles AVOID.
Diabolically bad for men.
I'm absolutely convinced that almost the entire site is populated by fake profiles, not set up by scammers but by the site itself, this is criminal behaviour because it's your time and money they are defrauding you out of.
From the few real Women I've talked to there are a fair few real male members on the site but the ladies bemoaned the quality of them.
There are a 'very' limited number of actual non fictional women on the site, approx 19 out of every 20 are not paid members (and thus cannot read or send messages) or are actually fake profiles. AVOID these thieving scu*bags like the plague.
How do you know I'm not just having bad luck, or undesirable? I do fine on other online venues, also a very handsome, and successful friend was on fitness singles and his experienced mirrored my own. We both independently came to the same conclusion.
AVOID.
If I can put no stars I would
If I can put no stars I would. This is a scam. Guys who liked me said they wanted to chat with me then, never replied back once I replied to them. It shows that they have read my messages. I think the admin does not show any messages to the other sides. Otherwise, how come someone says they want to chat with me then never reply back. Only my one month money waisted. Thank god didn’t go further. 😕
Scam Scam Scam !!!!!
If there was a minus I’d have used it
If there was a minus I’d have used it, a total and complete scam. Doesn’t update at all. They should be banned under trades description for just about everything false
They are a pure scam
I had come to the end of my subscription and didn't renew it, within a day I had three women wanting to contact me. I stupidly renewed my subscription but not one of the women replied to me, they were fakes, a pure scam simply to get more money from me. When I tried to contact Fitness Singles they just didn't want to know
There is no one fit on this dating site!
The worst dating site I've been on so far. I'm 48, a regular swimmer and lift weights 4 times a week. I hoped to find someone into fitness. This site was full of unfit people mostly old men. Despite choosing an age and distance range, I was daily contacted by men in America and all over the UK and by men outside of my age range. It just felt creepy like harassment.
