Brilliant products and service
Brilliant products and service! This is the second time I have ordered from Fitness Superstore and I will continue to do so. The value for money is brilliant, the selection of high end products and more entry level/budget friendly is superb. Their customer service I always find to be so helpful and prompt to respond and the delivery company they use is great! Nothing to fault at all!

Great customer service
Customer service was strong from the start. Rui and Dan ensured the products we were viewing were right for us without swaying us in any particular direction. They offered a discount without us asking and we left happy that the product and price were optimal. We will continue to shop in future based on the experience we had.

Very helpful communication and understanding which is sometimes difficult when ordering items for a non profit when your grant is held by a third party. Once the invoice was paid the items were delivered very quickly.

I’m a mature women getting into home…
I’m a mature women getting into home gym equipment to transition from personal trainer gym. Dan at metro centre branch was very helpful and really knowledgeable about all things equipment, exercises etc he answered all my questions and helped me pick out the right bench and weights for me. Keeping in touch with him regarding further purchases. Would definitely recommend fitness superstore for range and pricing and Dan for a great sales experience.

Hugh in the Gateshead store gave me some very helpful assistance regarding home dumbell weight training equipment I was considering buying. He was very knowledgeable of the equipment, very approachable and friendly and helped me decide to purchase the "32kg Nüobells with stand", a "Body -solid folding bench" and a few other choice bits of kit all of which I received a few days ago, and of which I am more than happy with.

Excellent service.
Having seen the exercise bike we were interested in online, we took a trip to Fitness Superstore Newcastle to try it out. Hugh was very helpful, explaining and showing how it worked. We didn’t feel pressured at any point and were pleased we had made the trip. We went ahead with the purchase and Hugh arranged the delivery date. Delivery was faultless and we now have it set up. Definitely worth a visit if you want to try out exercise equipment before you buy. Thanks again Hugh.

No hard sales, relaxed atmosphere.
No hard sales. Just asked if we needed help, gave the guidance and advice asked for. Answered questions clearly and with knowledge but nice and relaxed. Set up equipment for us to try out then walked away and let us approach him in our own time, so no pressure. Offered finance info however this was not needed. Clear helpful information on how kit arrives and delivery options etc.

Excellent customer service
Unfortunately when I tried to visit during the extra discount period on treadmills the shop was closed due to staffing issues and as such the sale period ended before I could get in to see the product. However, I emailed the store to ask if they would honour the price owing to the store being closed and explained, and Dan couldn’t have been more helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable on treadmills and helped me chose one that I am genuinely excited to arrive next week. He honoured the sale price I had seen too which was brilliant. Couldn’t fault the customer service I have received at all, would highly recommend the Newcastle store for friendliness, knowledge and above all excellent customer service. Thank you.
