Terrible Product & Even Worse Customer Service
Short Review
⭐️Very disappointed. The treadmill developed a burning smell from the first week and now trips the electricity as soon as it’s plugged in.
The customer service has been extremely frustrating. the manager, can take 4–5 days to respond to an email, making the whole process even more stressful.
After 2 months of trying to resolve this, I’m now being told I may have to pay £100 for collection and an engineer investigation if they decide the treadmill isn’t faulty.
For a £600 treadmill, I expected much better quality and customer service. I would not recommend this company.

Excellent Service and Great Quality Equipment
I recently purchased fitness equipment from Fitness Superstore and was very impressed with the whole experience. I arrived at the depot late in the day after travelling from work, but the staff were incredibly accommodating and made me feel welcome despite the late hour. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to answer my questions without any pressure to buy. The equipment is excellent quality, and the level of customer service exceeded my expectations. Can't rate the service Fitness Superstore gave us highly enough. We were looking to buy flooring for our gym and Leon Hogan mapped out our floor area to confirm the number of tiles we would need and interconnecting clips. The floor went down so easily and looks great. Leon was spot on with the quantity of floor tiles and clips too. Whilst we were at the store Leon noticed us taking interest in the NÜOBELL-2-32Kg Dumbbells and Body Power TITAN Power Rack and gave us a quote for these products. We have already been back and bought the 2-32Kg Dumbbells and expect to go back for the Body Power TITAN Power Rack very soon. A mention too for the great service we received at the collection point. The guy was so quick and helpful.
