Honest account of my exp:
I booked a design visit & the day before this visit received a call confirming it & that the gent attending might be a little later than planned.
I then received a call approx 2 hours after the arranged meeting informing me that he was 3.5 hours away & would need to reschedule. Surely if he knew the location of the visit before mine was so far away, my appointment should never have been arranged in the first place. The call was not really apologetic, more simply informing me that it could not go ahead.
Am still waiting for a call from the office to rearrange.
Shame, as we are currently half way through a renovation with 3 bedrooms that need fitted wardrobes and a family room requiring a media wall. We will not be using this company now.

The team was punctual, friendly, and professional from start to finish. Thanks to Harpal, Zakia, Amir, and Khan. My fitted wardrobe looks fantastic, and the quality is outstanding for such an affordable price. The 10year warranty gives great peace of mind too. Another 5 star review for this company. Love my fitted wardrobes. Great communication and attention to detail. Gave me the installation date I wanted. Fitters covered all my carpets and worked really hard and left the room clean and tidy. Great company to work with. I highly recommend them Thankyou Smiths.

We’ve just undergone a large home improvement by smiths wardrobes - this was 4 bedrooms , a study & sliding doors on landing . It’s been transformational for our home . Smiths came highly recommended by a family member & they have been great ! From initial contact with Gagan & Rohit , planning by Daljit , & the fitting teams led by Baljit , Avi & co they were highly professional, clean , tidy and punctual . No job was too much & they were very accommodating.I would definitely recommend Smith’s & am now thinking of a media wall ! They were very competitively priced compared to Sharps & Hammonds.

Rohit was the pillar that made our dream project come true. Vishal delivered excellent workmanship. From media walls to understairs cupboards to units in all the bedrooms and an office desk. My daughter had a similar big project done with Smiths so I had a good idea of the quality of their work. Rohit helped with all stages of the project from design to build. There were some challenges along the way as other building work was going on and there were a few changes. However, Rohit helped navigate the issues and get the desired result. We are over the moon with the end result. Huge credit to Rohit, Vishal and the team. Thank you.

We approached Smiths to fit wardrobes , side tables and a vanity table. The wardrobes area was a tricky non-standard space, so finding solutions was not a simple task.
Delighted to say that the team at Smiths coordinated their work with our building team to provide a design that suits and improved upon previous work.
The end result is better than we originally hoped.

Wonderful company who were professional and thorough from quoting to installation. No messing about on dates times and costs which is rare now days. The work was completed on time and to immaculate standards. I never write reviews but given the quality of work and professionalism shown, i felt it was only right.

I honestly did not expect to be this impressed. We had three wardrobes and a bespoke bookcase and cupboard fitted, and from start to finish the whole experience was straightforward in a way that home improvements rarely are. No hard sell, no vague timelines, no moment where I felt I needed to keep tabs on what was happening.

The quality of the work is genuinely excellent. The finish on everything is clean and precise, the bespoke pieces fit the space as if they had always been there, and nothing has needed touching up or correcting. For what you get, the price is remarkably good. I had looked at a few options before going with Smiths and the value is not close.

What struck me most, beyond the quality, was how quickly they worked. It felt like a big job to me and it clearly was not to them. They got through it without any fuss and left the place clean when they were done.

The team came out and completed the work in just a day! Super efficient and kept us informed throughout the entire process to ensure we were happy with everything. Friendly, reliable and professional craftsmanship using the best material to turn our vision into reality

Absolute 5 stars for this company. Smiths have fitted wardrobes for us in the past and we had very good experience.
However on this occasion we asked for a very unique, bespoke cupboard on my staircase.
The quality of workmanship is outstanding. They were clean and tidy and work was carried out in a very smooth and efficient way.
The salesman Amit was very helpful and accommodating with decision making and the carpenter Rohit and his colleague were an amazing team.
I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Really so happy with Smiths. We got beautiful glass wardrobes with a vanity set made by them. And a few additional bits around the house. Everything from their design, to precision and attention to detail was wonderful. But the part that will make us choose them over and over again in future is their team - they are all so wonderful, warm and instantly make you trust them. Vishal, Baljeet, and everyone else who came to execute were an absolute delight. They even give you suggestions on how to place your stuff and how to optimise the space best. They are truly the best.

Very happy with the service provided by Smiths. Good advice from the designer as it was the first time I had undertaken this kind of project.
On the day of the installation the team arrived as expected. They ensured that my carpet was protected before they started.
