Toby J at Bracknell gave amazing service, he understood our requirements and over delivered. The best experiences out of all the five guys I visited. Would 100% come back and will be recommending to family and friends. Food tasted amazing, well done Five Guys for employing such a great employee.

Food was cold and foreign object found in my food (Paper)

I did the order with just eat at 5pm for a delivery for 7pm At 6-55 got message courier was there and they were preparing the food. Each time I looked at the app to see when it was coming it went 7-10, 7-20 7-30 then arrived 7-45 the chips were cold and rubbery The cheeseburger and the hotdog was crap. I’ve eaten many times in five guys and the food has always been good First time I’ve used delivery as I was child minding Never again the service and food was abysmal

it was a delivery so atmosphere is not a fair question and service is subjective. That said the food arrived stone cold. Somebody had the wisdom to put the milk shake, which was cold, in the same paper bag as the hot food, thus the food was cooled down and the milk shake heated up. This is not the fault of the delivery guy/girl as they don't pack the food. On top of this the fries were stuffed in a open ended narrow cup kinda thing which probably works in the restaurant but not for delivery as the top of the cup holder for fries was open and the fries ended up spilled out all over the paper bag nesting next to the cold but warming up milk shake. We did apply for a refund and will not be getting a take away from there again or a delivery. It was very expensive at over 33 pounds for burger, fires, cheese and shake. they only refund 8 pounds so never order this way as refunds don't work

My first ever 5 Guys and it was excellent - just how I hoped. Really great staff and a really positive atmosphere too. Lots of hard work and smiles! Carron was particularly brilliant! Thanks Guys!
