On 27th Feb just after 10pm as nandos just closed, so I went into five guys I got some chips, they was very hard an not eatable for me and they were burnt I don't like chips like that an its not right... Ver más

A horrible experience in Fulham
I’ve just had a horrible experience in the Five Guys in Fulham Broadway. The service was surly, the burger OK but the bun was stodgy and the fries cold and limp. The best part was the Corona beer. The whole lot cost over £20 which has left me feeling like I’ve just been ripped off.

Hi Bibo, we replied to you via the feedback form.
As mentioned, we have not been able to locate your order, as you were unable to mention the type of burgers you ordered for us to calculate the total. However, you also refused to answer the questions needed for the formal food safety investigation to continue.
Unfortunately, without these details, we will not be moving forward.

Bad chips
On 27th Feb just after 10pm as nandos just closed, so I went into five guys I got some chips, they was very hard an not eatable for me and they were burnt I don't like chips like that an its not right as they should be up. To scraxt with the prices they ask for, not happy as I had to have toast I won't be shopping in there again probably the end of the day an left chip that re cooked which I don't think should happen with any food if u go in there always check ur food
